"Stella, where's Bloom?" Terra demanded impatiently, Stella lifting her face from her phone and rolling her eyes.
"She was feeling homesick, so i did a nice thing and gave her my ring so that she could go back to the First World."
"Really thoughtful of you," Maya muttered sarcastically.
"Doesn't it only work ouside the Barrier?" Terra grew increasingly anxious.
"Yes, and there's a gateway in the old cemetry."
"That's deep in the forest, Stella. You know what's out, there right?"
"Wait, are you talking about those burned awful monsters that roam the night?" The taut leers of the two girls made her shake her head, her focus on the crown princess, "You're in deep shit."

Maya was tagging along after the three girls, who had opted to wait for Bloom outside; in fact, as soon as they arrived they saw Bloom scurrying out of the gateway and barely glimpsed the headmistress wresting the critter before her outline faded out of sight beyond the folding door.
