Bow, Glimmer, and the others arrived at the Beacon. They slowly make their way towards the centre of it.. "Wow, what at surprise" Glimmer spoke with an ironic tone present in her voice "no one is here!!"
"Yep you're right, no one is here" a non-familiar voice sounds through the trees behind them.
They turn around and stop dumbfounded in their tracks. Scorpia, co-force captain with Catra, alongside twenty troops surrounded the beacon.
"It's an ambush" Bow said sounding surprise. "Wait it's an ambush, then why did Cat-" He didn't manage to finish his sentence as the horde attacked them head first.
A once quiet place was now turned into a battle field. The Horde and the Princess Alliance clashed once again. The rest of the princesses took on the soldiers where as Bow and Glimmer directed their attention to Scorpia.
After dodging a direct hit from scoria tail, Bow finds himself back to back with Perfuma. Perfuma was the princess of Plumeria, and the only one who managed to piece the pieces together. "Umm, Bow, I just wanted to ask-"
"Perfuma now is not the right time, I am sort of uummm busy?!" Bow replied shooting arrows one after the other. Evidently, he was completely carried away in the heat of the battle.
"But it's about-!" Perfuma made a second attempt to make her point.
"Not now Perfuma!!!" Glimmer joined in on the conversation shooting glitter bombs at the Horde.
"WE LEFT ADORA BEHIND WITH CATRA!!!!" Perfuma screamed and this left both Bow and Glimmer dead in their tracks.
"What do you mean?" Glimmer mattered quickly not wanting to believe or understand Perfuma's words.
"Well...you know she said she could handle Catra and for us to come and check on the Beacon..." Perfuma spoke shyly
"I know Perfuma!!! We were there, we heard her!!! But as she said... it's just Catra... she can handle her.. she has before..." Glimmer spoke trying to shake away any sense of fear and doubt she had about her Friend.
"But Glimmer think about it, Catra said there would be Horde officers at the Beacon" Bow spoke trying to sound calm but worry still pierced through his words.
"Yeah, I think it's pretty obvious Bow" Glimmer said opening her arms and pointing around;
"No, I know" Bow said quickly while leaving a quick sigh "But think about it... I mean really think about it"
Glimmer looked at bow expressionless in the eye.
"What she told us true..." Bow continued impatience taking the better of him. "What if she was telling the truth when she told us that luring us into the wood in the first place was a trap?"
"Adora!!" Glimmer cried out
"Glimmer, wait!!!" Bow reached out to Grabbed Glimmer but it was too late. Glimmer had already used her teleportation powers to go to Adora.
When she arrived there, she found Catra and Adora fighting.
