Dreams taught me how to get attached.
-
George's life felt like it was all painted black and white. Whenever he saw Dream he could forget. With him everything seems fine and no one could get in their way. No one would.
George has always sought for his own smile, but now he's learned how to seek other smiles. Dream taught him how to be better and the smaller appreciated it so much.Even now staring into his green eyes made his world so much brighter.
It's like he could actually see colours.George stared at him and observed every little detail. His blonde hair floating along the warm summer breeze. His eyes so piercing. The brunette often found himself getting lost in those orbs. Every touch felt so light and sent a tingle down his spine. It's like the first time they've met. It was destiny.
Loving didn't seem hard ever since George met him. How can you not love a person like him? He's just perfect."Earth to Gogy?", the blonde jokingly said. He always called him that. Not sure what got him to do that, but George liked it. Pet names were always something that made George's heart jump. Hearing them come out of Dream's mouth filled the other with happiness and warmth.
"Oh, sorry. I zoned out for a bit", George apologized. "What were you thinking about?". He smirked, already knowing the answer, so the brunette lightly punched him on the arm laughing nervously. "You already know it."
"So are you going to order something, oor?". George looked at him confused, but then remembered the barista watching them with a slightly annoyed expression.
He apologized, quickly ordering a hot chocolate.Dream chuckled at his actions.
"So what got you here?", Dream carefully asked, not wanting to make the other uneasy. "Can't I see my all loving boyfriend?", George said, bringing his arms to the table and holding up his head, as he looked at Dream with puppy eyes.
But Dream knew something was up. Dream always knew. He knew George like his right hand, every little detail Dream couldn't miss. The taller looked at him suspiciously, but dropped the topic, as silence fell over the two.
They looked out of the window, finding the usual beach. That's where they met. Dream didn't have a name back then. They still don't know why, but George thought the name 'Dream' fit their situation, so he gave him that name. Ever since then, they were together and won't ever let go. It felt like magic thinking about those memories. It felt like George could be free again. Dream had taught George how to live again and how to love living.
"Here are your drinks", a sudden voice said, interupting George's lovely thoughts. The barista from earlier almost slammed the drinks onto their table, with a quick annoyed glance, as he made his way back to the counter.
"Dude, someone's had a bad day." Dream said, slurping his coffee.
"So, what do you want to do today?", George smiled, putting his head onto his hand, and the other reaching out for Dream.
Dream made a thinking face, while putting his hand in George's. The smaller looked for warmth in it, but he couldn't find it.
"Hooww abouut.. karaoke?", the blonde smiled. On one hand George couldn't wait to hear his beloved sing, on the other hand he himself could not sing.
"So let me look at it like that. I want to hear you sing, but I can't sing-" "But you have to." Dream added. George looked at him with a playfully annoyed expression. "Yes, but I have to. What is more important to me?"
They stood there. George obviously knew the answer, but Dream was a bit clueless.
George stood up, pulling Dream with him. "Let's go! Karaoke's waiting for us!!". Dream smiled at him. Both standing there, because Dream didn't move. He had the brightest grin on his face, because George just said Dream was more important. The brunette looked into his eyes, trying to figure out what he was thinking, while unconsciously leaning in. Dream did the same.
George realised what was happening, but didn't bother to move back, seeing as he had been looking forward to the other's lips.
It always felt like the first time. So sweet, but so strong at the same time. Something was missing, whenever the boys kissed, and they both knew it, but George didn't let those thoughts in. He didn't want to let them in.
After a short moment of enjoying their physically close moment, they felt all sorts of feelings in their stomach, waiting to be released.
Time seemed to hold on for a minute, waiting for them to finish their sweet sensations.
Their noses were touching, while the smaller let out a sigh. He missed those lips and couldn't wait any longer to embrace them. George stared into his green absorbing eyes. It's like he was looking at a forest, with a beautiful view on a lake.
It felt like freedom."Geoorgee!", a rather masculine voice shouted.
George found himself in a dark space. Curtains closed, to help him sleep more. Bed sheets so soft to never wake up.
The door opened, revealing a big man with brunette hair and a trimmed beard.
George groaned at his sight. "Let me sleeep!", obviously annoyed at how the other interrupted their kiss."No, Georgie, you have to get out of his shit hole and move on.", Sapnap lectured the other whenever he was around. He found George's state 'unhealthy' and 'bad', but George never listened to anything he said. Of course he appreciated Sapnap worrying about him, but everything was fine.
He had Dream and Dream had him, what else would George need?
