I turned to look at Gavin and down at his wrist. I think he figured out what I was about to asked because he spoke before I could.
Can we speak in private about that? I know you seen it he said
I shook my head yes and pulled him aside away from everything. I grabbed his arm and rolled up his sleeve. I seen several bruises. I lifted his shirt alittle to see more.
What happened I said looking into his eyes. I could see the tears wanting to fall
I'm being abuse he said which broke my heart

No I take it all. I don't let them lie a hand on her he said. Which broke my heart even more
I'm going to tell you something right now. I am going to file for custody I'm not letting you stay there. I know how my mother is. Before she left me she abused me. But I need you to be Able to talk about it to a lawyer. Is it just her or is it your dad too. I said hoping it was only one
they both do it he said. I looked over at Tayler with tears wanting to fall. I looked over at the heartless person I call my mother still fighting with my dad. I grabbed onto gavins shoulder looking him in the eyes and said
I'm going to get you out of this. I said picking up my phone and calling 911
911- 911 what's your emergency?
Callie- hi my name is Callie. I'd like to report a child abuse case.
911- okay what's the address of where the abuse is raking place.
Callie- well it's my little half brother. I just met him today and he told me and showed me every bruise. I'm located at faith and flower restaurant address is 705 w 9th street.
911- okay we will send a officer to you guys right away. Is the person still there that does the abuse.
I looked over to see my mom calling the kids over to her.
Callie- yes she's trying to leave with them right now
I wrapped my arm around Gavin and looked over to signal Tayler to keep piper with him.

Time skip to police arriving
I was fighting with my mom the last 15 minutes until the police to show up. I wasn't letting her take these kids away from me. I couldn't trust what would happen if they leave. Everyone was question why I was doing this but I didn't wanna tell them. I turned towards the door to see officers coming into the restaurant.
hi are you Callie the officer said walking about to me
Yes I am I said holding onto Gavin. I looked over at my mom would had wideeyes staring Gavin down.
Okay so what's going on he said looking at me
I'm reporting a child abuse. This is my little brother Gavin. He and I were talking because I noticed bruise. He told me my mom and his dad have been abusing him. I asked him if his sister gets the abuse and he told me that he would never let that happen and would take all the beating. I'm scared to let both of these kids go home with her I said showing the officer all the bruises. I looked over at piper after and she came up to me whispering something to say to the officer.
Okay so Piper just told me also that these people who they call there parents starve them. They haven't eaten in a week I said staring at the psycho path I call my mother.
Okay I will call this is to cps. But do you have anywhere the kids can stay. The officer said
Hey I'm gonna send you guys over to Tayler. Go get whatever you guys want to eat. I said while sending them over
I do have a place for them to stay actually I would like to adopt them I also said looking over to "my mother" being put into handcuff
I will send you the paperwork and I will have to get your address so we can have cps come and take a look at everything the officer said
Okay I will be getting a bigger apartment because mine alittle small. But I will be having them in the bedrooms I have and I'll sleep on the couch for now I said looking over and the kids I call my siblings all bonding. I looked over at Corbyn who was looking at me. I gestured for him to come over while I finished up talking to the officer.
So Callie what's going on Corbyn said
Well I just adopted to little kids basically I said walking over with all the boys and my family.
So piper and Gavin. You will be living with me now. I got you away from them I said looking at them. They got up and hugged me tight.

Kids I'm confused what's going on my dad said looking at us. I looked over and gavin to see if he wanted me to explain. He shook his head no and started to explain everything himself
