Headache

Classically hating myself

I am such a headache
To myself
That I just want me
To go away.
I cannot stand
To hear my thoughts
Or give myself
The time of day.
I'm forging knives
Inside my brain.
They stab me from
The inside out.
They twist
And screw
And cause me pain,
And hand to me
My own self-doubt

Take from me this headache.
