Once Robyn had woken up from her dreamless sleep, she stared at the clock and read out "4:26 AM". She had begged them for a sleeping draught yesterday, to cherish the feeling of being unconscious from her current reality; whether she was aware of it or not.

She laid in her bed for 10 minutes, trying to gather up the strength of getting out of bed. Once she thought she had it, she lifted herself off of her sanctuary and made her way to the bathroom. The ache in her limbs was visible to her, but that didn't hurt her anymore. She was aware that there was a tinge of a throb in her arms and legs, but she just didn't feel it.

She had realized that her fingers were spasming terribly from the cruciatus that was cast at her from the dark lord, that was the worst physical pain she'd ever felt. He truly did mean when he cast it upon her. She needed treatment for the aftermath but she was done asking, she couldn't care anymore. She perceived the tension in her hands, it registered into her brain that she had to massage her hands to relieve the symptoms of the curse, but she couldn't be bothered to take care of herself.

The disappointment of waking up reminded her of her life in the cell, she'd remembered the feeling of dread that coursed through her body when she blinked her eyes open. If she was being honest, she'd rather go back to her cell than be here. At least back there, she did know what to expect the next day. Here, the fact that something new was waiting for her the next day ignited something in her, she used to be terrified of not knowing what would happen tomorrow, but now. Nothing.

Robyn stripped and stepped into the shower, she couldn't bathe. She'd think if she bathed, and she had to save whatever strength she had left in her for her talk with Narcissa about her real family, she was expecting the worst of the worst, and she needed her strength to retaliate against her magic if it lashed out.

The warm droplets of water that ran down her body didn't soothe her, but then again she wasn't expecting it to. Once she was done with her shower, she put on some clothes and sat on her bed, she didn't exactly know what to do, so she kept her eyes fixated on the floor. What broke her out of her trance was the sound of her door opening, she quickly stole a glance at the clock and interpreted that it was 5:30 AM.

When Malfoy stepped into the room, she just stared at him.

"Remember me now?"

She furrowed her eyebrows at his question, but then it all came back to her how she'd forgotten him yesterday.

"It's 5 AM Malfoy, what do you want"

"you think too loud Astor"

She didn't have the energy to be angry at him for sorting through her thoughts, her brain was her most prized possession once. It was the one thing she wouldn't let them take away from her, but today, it seemed that that's all they wanted. Voldemort just wanted a peek inside her head and then kill her. She gave up resisting, she had accepted that she'd lost her fight against them. She wanted to hand them her brain on a silver platter to speed up her execution, she imagined herself walking to the platform with a smile on her face.
