Chapter 12

Quick disclaimer: I just thought of this, I know I've described Voldemort as a snake, but I decided to change his looks from her on forward in my story so I can add a plot twist. Voldemort doesn't look like he does in the movies, he looks like tom riddle, just a bit older (not old old, he still looks like tom riddle, just more mature). Also, his time wasn't like it was in the movies or books either, let's just say that he was alive when Robyn's real parents were. You'll understand the rest later in the chapter. ENJOY YOUR READ

Robyn spent the next week in her room, she didn't exactly know what to do with her newfound discovery. but most importantly, a question kept replaying itself in her head. Why are her memories coming back to her now? 

When she woke the next morning, she looked to her side table and found a tray of food and Spain's paper. She's been waiting to get her hands on it for a while now, she was honestly quite surprised that Narcissa followed through with her request. She flung the cover over her small body and snatched the newspaper off the nightstand, it had been a week since she asked Narcissa for the papers, Robyn specifically asked for the paper that was published two weeks ago at the time she asked. 

She looked at the date of the paper and read "June 16, 1999". This means today is the 7th of July, how long has she been here? Robyn shook her thoughts away and looked at the title of the first article which pretty much confirmed her theory. 

"Spanish Minister Of Magic Dead" Screamed at her.

"It is with great sadness to announce that Minister Hermandez has been pronounced dead last night at 2:41 AM. It has been confirmed that the cause of his death was a heart attack."

Robyn scoffed, she didn't really care to continue reading. There was no way he'd dropped dead because of a heart attack out of nowhere, as far as she knew, the Spanish minister of magic was the youngest in Europe. How could a 29-year-old die of a heart attack, she knew it was possible but she doubted that's what had happened. Robyn snapped out of her daze and looked down. 

"His death was a revelation to the wizarding world of Spain, health records have stated that Minister Hermandez was a healthy man. His family line does not have a history of any serious illnesses." 

And that was all the confirmation she needed. Minister Hermandez was killed and replaced by a puppet so the dark lord makes peace with Spain, she assumed this was a nudge for the rest of Europe to fall in line with Spain. Either way, she had a hunch that the dark lord would do anything to build allies and conquer Europe, eventually the whole of the wizarding world. 

She was certain he'd kill the Ministers that side with the resistance till now, only replacing them with followers of his. She felt bile rise her chest, Robyn ran to the bathroom and threw it up into the toilet bowl. 

When she exited the bathroom, she threw the paper onto the floor and picked up the other one that sat at her nightstand. 

Attack On Malfoy Manor

"Resources have stated that Malfoy Manor has been brutally attacked by the terrorist group, it has a growing suspicion that some members have been alive but it has been confirmed that our suspicion is true. Although, there has been no lead as to why Malfoy Manor was specifically attacked. General Malfoy and Narcissa Malfoy did not comment on this issue" 

Joy filled Robyn, some of her people were alive and they were coming for her. They had finally found her. The outside knew that she was in the cursed manor, what they didn't know is that that's the Malfoy Manor. Robyn hasn't felt joy like this since she had been captured, and she sure was going to drown herself in this feeling, she grabbed her cloak and ran outside. She kept running and running until her legs ached but that didn't stop her.
