How does one write (or me telling the story of how I've learned writing)

So
I already told you about those stories I wrote in 1st grade to read them to my class.
But after 1st grade, we weren't doing that anymore, so, in class, I usually wrote stories when my teacher wasn't looking (and I still do it, like right now, I'm in English class :,))

I don't remember any of the stories I wrote during those years, except for a few weirdass fanfictions I wrote a friend wanted me to write (primary school was weird-) and two other stories that I'll make a chapter about cause they're a huge part of this "journey to learn how to write decent things"

I do remember one thing tho
I wrote some old o.cs backstories in my drafts notebooks
