A H/c haired male cussed under his breath as he rummaged through his room to look for the piece of jewelry he accidentally misplaced.

"Come on.. where are you?" He muttered as he tapped his chin and lifted his mattress up to look underneath the bed.

Light footsteps softly approach the bedroom as the short figure creaked the door open and spotted the distressed teenager still in his pajamas.

"You're gonna be late, dingus." The kid spoke as he finally stepped inside the room and M/n didn't spare him a glance as he continued to search for the item.

"I know! I just can't find that yarn bracelet Shelby made me.." M/n replied as he walked over to the closet and started gathering clothes for school.

"What's the deal? You guys broke up like.. forever ago. Get over it." They commented as the teenager paused and looked over his shoulder to glare at his brother who was playing with a rubik's cube.

"Just help me find it and stop snooping around my business." The H/c haired teenager spat as [Half sibling. name] placed his hands in his pocket and hummed.

"Lend me your nintendo and maybe I will." He offered as M/n frowned and rubbed his face tiredly at the shorter boys antics.

The male sighed as he went to his drawer and handed over the square device. [Half sibling. name] nodded happily as he gave them the handmade piece of jewelry.

"Nice doing business with ya, brother." They chimed as M/n grabbed his clothes and headed for the bathroom.

"Yeah yeah."

"Yes.. I did hang those flyers all over the school." The brunette admitted as she lied to the principal and her own homeroom teacher.

"Now why would you Photodoc my head onto the body of a rhinoceros?" The older woman who went by Miss Briggs asked her as she tried hiding the anger in her tone.

"Well, I..."

"Rhinoceros? Oh, no, no, no.. She made you a hippopotamus." Principal Franklin mentioned with an unsure frown as he looked closer at the drawing.

"No, no. She's a rhinoceros. A hippo has fatter thighs and a wider snout." Carly explained as the woman screeched and threw her arms in the air.

"Does that even matter?! I think we should call her father in to discuss this." She told the darker skinned man and scowled at the girl as she stiffened under her glare.

"Actually.. My dad's stationed in Europe right now." She murmured as she played with her fingers and the Principal nodded.

"He's in the military."

"Well, there must be some adult in charge of her!" Miss Briggs exclaimed in disbelief and felt utterly annoyed by the situation.
