TUESDAY

Trunks let out a sigh as he walked down the empty school hallways. The day had been better than the one before it. Assholes didn't try to trip him, at least. Though he heard plenty of people whispering behind his back. Apparently everyone at that school knew what happened between Pan and Matsu, and he didn't want to hear any of it.

Pan had an after school art class on Tuesdays, so Trunks had to stay late. He couldn't do anything during the course since he couldn't draw to save his life. He couldn't even draw stick figures. So, he wasted his time looking through Pan's portfolio. He had known she liked to draw, it was a hobby of hers she did in her spare time, but he never realized how good she really was.

Trunks remembered a time when he and Pan used to get along. They were even considered to be good friends. They would watch shows together and go out to eat. It had only been a month ago that everything changed between them.

With a huff, Trunks felt his nostrils flaring. If only he hadn't walked into that room that day. He could feel his fist clenching in aggravation. She should have known better than to attempt to do such a stupid thing, and he had told her that too. What made him madder than anything was that she didn't even try to defend herself or tell him what he saw was wrong. So he had only what he saw as what he knew, and then Bulla always wanted to yell at him about not seeing the bigger picture. If it wasn't what he thought it was, Pan should have said something to him that night!

It didn't matter anymore, he guessed. Pan was no longer dating that bastard, but it would just a matter of time before another bastard came along. It wasn't like he had any right to scold her or judge her about her relationships or what she did in them, anyway. So why did that piss him off so bad that night?

Trunks was stomping down the hallway now. It was so aggravating! And he was dealing with high levels of estrogen and having all of his emotions were amplified thanks to Pan's body. The night before, he had even cried while watching a video about a damn dog!

"Hey, Pan," a voice called down the empty hall.

Pan's body came to a sudden halt. Trunks felt chills going down her body. Had they turned down the temperature in the school? Her stomach gave an uneasy twist, and her heart thudded nervously. Trunks gave her chest a whack. What the hell was wrong with her body?

"Pan," the voice drawled out the name, with a small laugh at the end.

Trunks turned around, and he could feel Pan's body shaking. It's like it had seen a ghost, and with wide eyes, Trunks realized why. Her body was reacting to Matsu, who was standing in front of him. Why was Pan's body reacting like it wanted to flee away? Was she scared of Matsu?

Matsu grinned at Trunks. His dark brown hair was gelled up in a nice, clean swoop. His brown eyes sparkled as his lips tugged into a grin.

"I heard you threatened my friends yesterday."

Trunks furrowed his eyebrow. Matsu's friends? Oh- the ones that had been barking at Pan's body!

"You mean the assholes at the fountain?" Trunks raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, I did. They were calling me a bitch in heat."

"Hey-" Matsu held out his hands and chuckled. "I only told them the truth, Sugar."

Trunks clenched his fist so tightly that it hurt. A wave of anger washed over him. "Don't call me that," he spat.

"You used to like it when I called you that," Matsu said slyly. "But I guess you've forgotten all about me, huh?"

Trunks clenched his mouth painfully to keep himself in check. A voice in the back of his mind was telling him to walk away. He needed to get away and get out of there before he hurt Matsu, and he didn't need to do that in Pan's body. He turned around and started to storm off.
