Chapter 7

It's been about three or four days since the incident that happened, and harry is worrying me because he keeps telling me and Ron he hears voices.  I started  fixing my hair because I had a huge knot in it. I looked up to the mirror and saw a huge snake. I screamed.

Fred P.O.V.

"Am worried about Victoria guys, I did not see her in the morning and she missed two classes." I said

"Aw seems like freddiewedie is worried sick for our victoria, sounds like Freddie has a crush on our sweet Victoria." said George

"Shut up I don't like her, she is my best friend, and of course am going to be worried about her and so should you!" I snapped

"Geez touched a nerve there." said George

I shook my head and gathered my things. The bell rang indicating that school was about to start. I got up and started walking out before it got too crowded and I started heading out, as I turned the corner when I heard the teachers speaking about a student and it sounded very intense.

"You mean to tell me there is another student that has been turned into stone or cursed?" said McGonagall

"Yes, Victoria fourth year, Gryffindor." said dumbledore

Cursed turned into stone? What does that mean?

"She is in the hospital wing, along with hermine granger and some other students.." said dumbledore

I quickly walked past them and headed towards the hospital wing, I quickly turned the corner and opened the hospital wing door. I saw a bunch of frozen students who looked like stone sculptures. I was scanning the room to see where Victoria was, I spotted her and rushed over to where she was. I looked down at her and saw how terrified she looked, her eyes wide open and her face looked like she was in the middle of screaming. I took a deep breath and I kept looking down at her. I reached out my hand to her face and stroked her face with one finger down her face. I turned around and started walking down out to the exit, my hit the stone floor, the ecos growing louder and louder by every step I take.

"FRED FRED!" i heard someone call

I turned around and saw it was a slytherin kid. I did not want to deal with the slytherins annoying arse.

"Look, if you are here to annoy me, I do not want to deal with you." i said

"What? No, no, am just trying to see if you have seen victoria i haven't seen her at all." he said

"Well she is in the hospital wing, she was cursed and turned into stone... I guess?" i said hesitantly

"What?" he said surprised

I looked at him and raised an eyebrow at him. He was looking down at the floor and then looked up at me. And I supposed that he saw I was looking at him oddly. He cleared his throat and stood up straight.

"I am zeyden, nice to meet you." he said as he stretched out his hand

"Fred weasley." i said and shook his hand

"Oh so you are the guy that victoria is always talking about, she says a lot of things about you." he said

I lifted my eyebrows and I could feel the red tingling up to my face.

"Well it was night meeting you, i'll see you around. Hopefully we can be good friends like we are with victoria." he said

He then walked into the hospital wing, and I started making my way down to the great hall to get lunch.

I went to the great hall doors and entered, I walked over to where Lee and George were sitting. I served myself some of the peas and chicken that was there.

"Where were you?" said george between mouthfuls

"At the hospital wing." i said

"Why?" said george

"Well she was cursed or something, turned into stone i supposed..." i said

Lee choked on his drink, and George's jaw dropped. They both looked at me with wide eyes.

"Wait so you're telling me that she is just gone? Isn't she just like dead since she is turned into stone?" said lee

"I honestly don't want to see it like that and or think of it...." i said

I looked down at my plate and all of the sudden I could not eat, I felt queasy. I stood up.

"Where are you going?" said lee

"I lost my appetite." i said

I walked out of the great hall, feeling the heavy weight of my heart getting heavier and heavier.

Bouncing my leg nervously taking this stupid potions test.

"Put your quills down and bring your exams to the front." said snape

Dammit i needed to answer a few more questions. I let out a sigh, I got up and walked over to the front and dropped off my test on his desk. These past few weeks have been terrible without Victoria, just the facts knowing that she is just turned into stone. George and I were walking down the hallway, and we heard footsteps running.

"FRED GEORGE" ron yelled out

"What brat." we both sneered

"GINNY IS MISSING!" he said

'Wait what?" i said

"HARRY IS ALSO GONE!" he said

"It's always harry.." said george

"AM GOING TO TELL A PROFESSOR RIGHT NOW, COME WITH ME HURRY." yelled ron

All three of us rushed to find a professor. We took some turns took some stairs, and eventually bumped into professor mcgonagall.

"PROFESSOR!" yelled  out george

"Boys boys what is wrong?" she asked

"Ginny and Harry have gone missing for hours now!" said ron

"...go to the dormitories, i'll go tell dumbledore." she said

She shooed us away, the three of us then walked towards the dormitories.

I walked down the halls to try and get my mind off things, it's been more than three hours. Or at least it felt like that... i saw ginny walking with harry ron and hermione, i sprinted towards ginny and hugged her tightly. We talked about what happened.

After a good while of talking she left and so did the other three, and I was left alone again. I sighed and kept walking down the echoing halls.

"Fred!'" a familiar voice said

I then heard running footsteps towards me, i turned and saw victoria running at me.i rubbed my eyes and looked to see if my mind isn't playing any sick games with me,she kept running towards me, i started sprinting towards her, opened my arms wide and when i got to her i hugged her as tightly as i could. She hugged me back and looked at me.

"Victoria bloody hell, I missed you. I was worried about you." i said

"Aw freddie! How sweet." she said

We parted from the hug and started walking down the hallways, we turned a corner and saw the zeyden kid. He looked at us and saw us

"VICTORIA!" he yelled out

"Zeyden hello!" she said

Zeyden then laughed and hugged her. I smiled, knowing that she was back with us and safe.
