It's been about two days since the whole cedric thing. And I went over to one of my favorite trees outside the school. With next week being a break for winter and the festivities, I was looking forward to the break. I cracked my knuckles and leaned back on the tree.
Fred P.O.V.
I Was walking around the school looking for Lee, I needed his homework. I walked past the outside and looked out and saw victoria leaning on a tree. I kept looking at her, her long silky black hair, her fair pale skin, just her. Everything about her. I shook it off and I kept walking. I stopped halfway. I turned and turned my head to see if she was still there, she was still leaning on the tree. I started walking over to where she was, the homework can wait. I want to be with her. I made it to where she was, I tapped her shoulder. She turned and looked and I was able to see her two different colored eyes, the ocean blue and the emerald green. She smiled and I smiled back.
"Freddie, I haven't seen you all day." she said
"Yeah, I've just been busy chasing Lee down to get the homework." i said scratching my neck
She kept looking at me and I kept looking at her.
Victoria P.O.V.
I smiled at him, seeing him just made me happy.
It's the day before we had winter break. And i am stressing about this stupid semester exam am taking. I finished the last question, after two or less hours of working on this bloody exam. I turned in the exam to snape, and walked out of the great hall and headed over to the Gryffindor dormitories.
A little over an hour passed, the twins came in the room and plopped down on either side of me.
"So?" i said
"It was a pain." said fred
"Horrible.." said george
"Well you guys get to go back home tonight. Did you guys pack your bags already?" i asked
"Yeah.." said george
"Don't lie." i said
"No we didn't." said fred
"Go pack your bags." i said
"Finee." they both said
They walked upstairs to their dorms and shut the door.
It was about nightfall and I was saying my goodbyes to the twins. I hugged George and he started walking off. Fred then pulled me into a tight hug. I hugged him back. I felt so light, I felt that tingling on my face again.
"FRED COME ON." yelled george from outside
We both waved goodbye and Fred walked off. I watched them walking away, I stood there until they were no longer visible. I then turned back and went over to the lounge area. I was not going home again this year. Lucky Zeyden was staying here since his parents were going over to Russia to spend time with some friends.
It's the day of christmas, i grabbed the gift i had for zeyden off my nightstand and then started walking down the stairs and out the dormitories. I rushed down the hallway stairs and at the end of the staircase I saw a piece of parchment table. I frowned in confusion, I made it to the bottom, and bent down to pick off the piece of parchment. It was folded into a weird triangle shape, I undid it and saw it was directed to me.
"To victoria.." i read
I slowly got up and kept reading it.
"My lovely victoria. How wonderful is the season, did you know I love you to pieces? Ever since the day I met you I fell in love with those beautiful eyes of yours. This is a lovely season to start letting you figure out who I am, because I've loved you since the first day we met. I fell hard and fast for you. I'll see you soon. Love your secret admirer." i finished
I could feel my face starting to tingle. I looked up from the note and started looking around. Who the bloody hell likes me this much? I blinked several times, then folded it back and put it in my pocket. I shook it off, and kept walking towards where i was going to meet up with zeyden, i then saw the ginger and black messy spiked mullet.
"Zeyden!" i called out to him
He turned and saw me, he smiled and walked my way. We both met and gave each other a hug.
"Merry christmas!" i said
"Merry Christmas victoria!!" he replied
"I have something for youuuuuuu." i said
I whipped the gift from behind me and showed him, it was a black box with a dark green bow on it.
"Well i have something for YOU too.' he said
He pulled out a red box with a white box on it. I smiled at him, I gave him his present and he gave me mine. I took the box, took off the white ribbon holding the box together, the box four sides opened and in the middle was an obsidian stone necklace. I pulled it out and it was a thick ring of obsidian, with a silver chain holding it. I looked at it in awe. It was beautiful. I held it in my hand, the stone was cold like ice.
"Oh my goddess... This is simply beautiful." i said
"Am glad you liked it." he said
"I love it so much." i said
I put it on and I could feel the cold stone on my collar bone. I smiled and looked at him.
"Okay okay open yours!" i said
"Alright alright." he said
He opened the box and he smiled. He pulled out the leather journal, and flipped through the pages.
"To my dearest friend, merry christmas thank you for being in my life." he read
I saw him turning a shade of pink and he smiled. He looked up at me and pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back.
"Okay so, the most odd thing happened right." i said
"Right?" he said
"So as I was running to meet you, I was coming down the stairs and at the very bottom of the staircase was a piece of parchment folded." i said
"Okay.." he said
"So I took that piece of parchment and opened it and it was for me." i exclaimed
"Really??" he saids
"Yeah really!" i said
I pulled it out of my pocket and unfolded it and gave it to him. He started scanning it. He raised his eyebrows and darted his eyes to me and smirked.
"Seems like someone has a crush on our little victoria.:" he cooed
"Oh shut it." i said
"So have you figured out yet who it is or have you not even bothered thinking because you were to flustered." he said
"Yeah i actually didn't think of it not because i was flustered but more like i was taken aback by it." i said
"Okay let's think, it couldn't have been the weasley because they are gone." he said
"It's not you because of how neat the handwriting is, your writing is terrible and not legible at all." i said
We were both taken back by a sound, we looked by and saw Malfoy walking by us. He looked at me and gave me a smile. I rolled my eyes at him.
"Maybe it was malfoy." said Zeyden smugly.
"No no no. bloody hell no." i said
He laughed as I hit him on the back of the head.
