Chapter 9

I put on a black wool sweater and ear muffs. It's now winter time at hogwart, and I am getting ready for hogsmeade. Zeyden Lee and the twins are going to get some nice hot butterbeer.

"BLOODY HELL VICTORIA HURRY UP!" yelled george

"SHUT IT!" i yelled back

I put my scarf on and walked out of the dormitories. I walked down the stairs, and towards the twins and lee.

"Took you long enough." said lee

"Don't even start." i said

He raised his hands and just rolled his eyes. I rolled my eyes, and we all headed out. We walked towards the main entrance. We saw Zeyden standing there waiting.

"Bloody hell took you long enough." zeyden chattered

"You can blame miss victoria here." said fred pointing at me

I hit him on the chest and he laughed. I rolled my eyes and shook my head.

"Right. Are we going to stand here and blame me for all your problems or are we going to get butterbeer." i said

"I mean blaming you for our problems sounds nice." said zeyden

I huffed and started walking off.

"Okay okay dramatic much?" said fred

We all then kept walking to hogsmeade.

Waiting for the butterbeers to come, i was chatting with zeyden. While the twins were bickering about something while in the opposite side of the sitting booth and Lee was watching them. The butterbeers then arrived at out table, i grabbed mine and started drinking my butterbeer. We were all talking relaxed, all of the sudden I heard my name being called out. I looked around and saw that a guy was calling out to me. I couldn't see how it was the guy started getting close, and saw it was an acquaintance cedric. A hufflepuff.

"Hey cedric." i said

"Hello victoria, and company." he said

They guys waved, I looked over and saw Fred looking him up and down. I shrugged it off and ignored it.

"So were you the one calling me?" i asked

"Yes actually, i was looking around for you from yesterday's class but you left before i could catch up to you." he said

"Ah, I'm sorry." i said to him

The awkward silence was so bad I was just sitting there, while George and Lee were trying not to choke on their butterbeer. While Fred looked pissed off. I was still sitting there, wanting this whole awkward thing to be over. Cederic cleared his throat.

"I just wanted to ask, and wanted to know..." he said

I looked at him, and nodded slowly.

"If you would like to go out on a date with me..." he said

I looked at him, and he kept looking at me. I moved my eyes and saw Lee and George dying silently, Zeyden awkwardly sitting there. Meanwhile Fred if looks could kill, pretty sure Cedric would be dead.

"Yeah...sure sounds fun..." i said

"Great, i'll see you next week." he said

"... see you.." i said

He walked away and was waiting to see when he would be out of sight. After he was out of sight. I banged my head against the table. Lee and George were laughing like crazy, Zeyden let out a sigh and shook his head and Fred was there and he looked mad.

"BLOODY HELL VICTORIA!" howled lee

"THIS POOR GIRL CANT SAY NO!" screeched george

"Guys come on..." said zeyden

My head was still on the table. I groaned.

"My god this is pure gold, huh freddie?" said george

"Not fazed..." he said

Ouch... I let out a sigh, and picked up my head. I looked at them,  and sank into the booth. Zeyden gave me an off smile and I shook my head. This little date was going to be awkward as hell.

After a whole day of being out we all started walking back to school. Am walking next to Fred and he seems to be pissed off. Well not like pissed off. But like. Uncomfortable? I don't know how to say it. But he didn't seem in a good mood. I sighed, I started walking towards the library direction.

"Victoria, where are you going?" asked lee

"Am going to the library.." i said

Fred looked over at me, I looked at him. He looked away. I let out a heavy sigh and made my way towards the library. I pulled a chair out from one of the tables, I sat down and stared into the bookshelves.
