After school Josie and I went to the locker rooms to get changed. We needed to be active and become "popular". Even though I don't understand why the cheer team is always popular, but I'm not complaining.

I decided to wear this outfit for practice. It's cute but movable. I then French braided my hair in two sections with a nuke headband. After Josie finished with her hair we both grabbed our stuff and head for the field to stretch and watch the football team until practice started. "Nice job! Nice job!" Matt yelled. "Mr. Lockwood, is there anything you're good at? 'Cause it isn't history, and it sure as hell isn't defending the ball!" Tanner yelled rudely. God he angers me. Like your so insecure and can't get laid so you take it out on your students who don't want to be in your class just as much as you. "Yes, coach." Tyler yelled back obviously angered.
"Now do it again!" Tanner yelled to the team. I saw Stefan sitting in the bleachers, watching the football team practice. The cheerleaders are on the other side of the field warming up. He then looked over at us and I waved at him. He waved back before focusing on someone behind me. I turn and spot Elena. Yippee!
"Oh, my God! You're here!" Bonnie yelled hugging Elena. Cue eye roll. "Yep. I can't be sad girl forever. The only way to get things back to the way they were are to do things that were. Oh, and you're coming to dinner tonight." Elena said to Bonnie. "I am?" Bonnie questioned not knowing about these plans. "Mm-hmm. You, me, Josie, Lizzie and Stefan. You have to give him a chance." Elena said emphasizing me and Josie getting our full attention.
"Tonight's no good. Have you seen Caroline? I texted her like a hundred times." Bonnie said trying to change the topic. "Don't change the subject, Bonnie Bennett! You're going to be there. So are you and Josie." Elena said towards me at the end. "Fine. I'll go." Bonnie said. While I dramatically sighed and crashed to the ground in irritation. "Seriously, where is Caroline?" Bonnie asked frustrated. "I don't know. It's not like her." Elena answered worried. "I'll try her again." Bonnie said going to call Caroline again. At the same time a blue car pulled up with its top down. Mom opened the passenger door before kissing Damon. Oh god, I think I'm gonna be sick. "Uh..." Elena said shocked.
"Oh, my God. That must be the mystery guy from the grill." Bonnie said just as shocked. "That's not a mystery guy. That's Damon Salvatore." Elena elaborated. "Salvatore, as in Stefan?!" Bonnie said even more shocked. "I got the other brother. Hope you don't mind." Caroline said walking past before addressing the team. "Sorry I'm late, girls. I, uh, was busy. All right, let's start with the double pike herkey hurdler, what do you say? And 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8." Caroline said making us all move into position. Wow this is easier than I thought. Ha perks of your mom literally being the cheer captain of the team your joining. "Elena, sweetie, why don't you just observe today? Ok?" She said bring light to Elena's failing attempt of our drill. "Keep going! Ok. Do it again from the top. And 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8." Caroline continued.
After practice Caroline walked up to Josie and I. "Wow. Can I just say that I'm impressed with your skills. How are you so good at this?" She asked us. "Oh oh um... Our mom was a cheer captain and always taught us drills." I answered. "Cool! Well count yourselves a spit on the team." She said happily. Then she hugged us and grabbed her stuff before walking away. Josie and I looked at each other before smiling. We grabbed ourselves and walked towards the boarding house. —————Time skip—————
It's about time for our dinner at Elena's house that I totally don't want to go to. Oh god, I'm starting to talk like them.
