After a huge tragedy Lizzie and Josie Saltzman are left without friends or parents. They spiral into destruction, one trying to find a way to bring everyone back, and the other trying to find a distraction from it all. But what if there is a way to...
If I have to wake up before 12:00pm again I will burn this place to the ground. After my dramatics I rolled out of bed missing the warmth and comfort, I walked to the closet and grabbed some clothes that aren't atrocious.

Josie came out of her room and knocked on my door. "Are you ready to go? If you don't hurry we'll be late!" She yelled from the hall. "Yeah. Yeah, I'm coming." I yelled back. I then grabbed a blood bag and drank it. I'm not trying to rip peoples throats out. I then grabbed my backpack and walked out the room.
"It's comet night. In Stefan's diary, he said it was hectic." Josie said to me while walking g down the stairs and out the door. "Yeah. We better be prepared for gross interactions with Stefan and Elena." I said shivering. We continued walking to school talking about anything but that. —————Time Skip———— "Originally discovered nearly 5 centuries ago, it hasn't been over Mystic Falls in over 145 years. Now, the comet will be its brightest right after dusk during tomorrow's celebration. Are we bothering you, Mr. Salvatore? Ms. Gilbert?" Tanner said bringing the attention from our lecture to the teens. Just then the bell went off. Damn saved by the bell, literally.
Stefan and Elena started to talk about some book. I tuned out not wanting to listen to their terrible flirting. I decided to walk out for air. "Hey I'm gonna get air, do you wanna come?" I asked Josie. She just nodded and followed me. The whole losing mom and dad thing really hot her hard. She just the shell of who she used to be. "Hey we have mom. Maybe not the one we exactly thought we'd see but it's still mom. And dad will be here soon." I told her bumping her shoulder to get her attention.
"Yeah. You're right." Josie said with determination in her eyes. We then walked out the doors and toward the fence in the side. "Hey, Tyler. Hey, I'm sorry to interrupt. I was just wondering how Vicki's doing, since you guys are so close. Is she ok?" I heard some one say getting my attention. "She's fine. Now get out of here." Tyler answered who I now know as Jeremy. "How bad is she? Do they know what attacked her? Is she going to make a full recovery? Was she happy to see you? What room number was she in?" Jeremy kept pushing. "I'm gonna kick your ass." Tyler states and he's a werewolf so not a good idea Jeremy you idiot. "Yeah, you keep saying that, but when are you actually going to do it? Huh? 'Cause I vote for right here and right now." Jeremy said pissing me off. Then Jeremy pushed Tyler.
"Hey! Stop now. When you get your ass handed to yourself, don't go blaming him. When your egging him on." I said walking up to Jeremy. "What? Not so tough, huh? It's ok to start a fight with him. But when a woman steps up, you back down. Afraid to get your ass kicked by a girl?" I asked him when he didn't say anything. "Walk away Gilbert. This is your final warning." Tyler said rightfully pissed. I mean yeah what he did was an asshole move. But what he does with his life is his business. What Vicki does with hers is her business.
"No, this is your final warning, dick. I'm sick of watching you play Vicki. If you hurt her one more time, I swear to God, I will kill you." Jeremy said getting ready to leave. "That's a death threat. And I recorded this, so if you want to go to juvie then keep going. But piss me off by going into someone else's business. It bye-bye. What was it, Gilbert?" I said. After that he just walked away.
