After a huge tragedy Lizzie and Josie Saltzman are left without friends or parents. They spiral into destruction, one trying to find a way to bring everyone back, and the other trying to find a distraction from it all. But what if there is a way to...
I woke up and got ready for school. I made my bed, grabbed a speaker and my phone to listen to some music before walking into my joined bathroom. I put on Lonely by Justin Bieber and grabbed a towel and put it next to the shower.
After having a nice hot shower I walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me. I made sure my bedroom was locked due to an accident that recently occurred. —————Flashback————— I just walked out of the bathroom with the towel wrapped around my body. I walked toward the closet in my room to get out an outfit. I heard a noice coming from the other side of the room so I naturally turn around. "Ahhhhhh! What the hell?!?!" I screamed when I saw Damon standing there looking at my body. "You know, you'd be really hot if you didn't pass me off so much." He said to me. I was so disgusted and repulsed by him I visibly cringed. "Um sorry. Can't say the same." I said then I started chanting. Damon started moving involuntarily out of my room. "Aww! Come on witchy let me watch " he called before I slammed the door shut and locked it with my magic. Ugh! He is so gross. —————Flashback over————— I snapped out of that horrific memory and decided on what I wanted to wear.

It's simple but cute, just what I need and want today. I then realized I hadn't heard the annoying presence of Damon around here. It then dawned on me that he was with mom. God! I hate time travel, note to self stake Damon in the balls then stuff a roll of vervain in his ass. I grabbed my backpack and walked it my door unlocking it I opened the door to Josie's worried face. "He's with mom, isn't he?" She asked in a sad quiet voice. I nodded then noticed the tears in her eyes. "Are we had people for letting this happen?" She asked. "No. We are people who had to make a extremely hard decision that could result in someone's happiness or destruction. If we don't let this happen then she won't know about the supernatural. And we all know in this town ignorance is a death sentence." I told her. She only nodded then moved her head to wipe her tears.
After our little break down we walked out of the boarding house headed to the dreadful Mystic falls high school. We made sure to be out of sight before camp speeding the rest of the way. Don't need Zach trying to stake us in our sleep.
After a few seconds we reached the school's wood boarder. I spotted Stefan and pulled Josie with me to go talk to him. "Hey Stefan!" I yelled to get his attention. "Oh. Hey guys!" He said back. "We need to tell you something before completely forgetting to." I said knowing that the future events will be very hectic and we need to tell him now. "O-ok." He said kinda shocked. "But not here it's kinda private. Wanna go to the field?" Josie asked while looking around the school yard, which was packed with kids. "Um sure. I guess we can." Stefan said. We walked toward the field while Stefan asked "Is everything ok?" "Yeah." I replied nodding my head.
"Ok. What we are about to tell you will be confidential but don't freak out. And Damon already knows." I said, Stefan just looked confused. "Long story." Josie said. I nodded along in agreement. "We're vampires." I said just ripping the bandaid off. Josie looked at me like I was stupid. Ok I'll admit stupid way of doing it but what the hell. Stefan looked around before slamming us into the nearest wall that would hide us. "What?!" He said with his fangs out. I got angry and trapped his arm siphoning from him and pinning him to the wall before pulling the vamp face card. "I told you not to freak out." I said very paused. He starting hissing in pain making Josie put a hand on my shoulder to calm me down. I let go of him and he looked at us. "I'm sorry. But your the ones to that are killing all those another campers along with Damon." He accused. "When did we ever say that we're killing people? We drink from blood bags. And before you ask we spelled them to not smell. We don't need a ripper run I around right now." I said at the same time Stefan's eyes widened. "H-how do you know about that?" Getting defensive again. "Calm down, slicer." I said "We mean no harm. And it's not that hard you drink bunnies." He nodded and apologized again for his actions before walking into the school.
"Wow that was something." Josie said. I rolled my eyes and latex out in the sun taking in the nice warm rays knowing that it wouldn't be warm forever. A few minutes latter the bell rang. "Ugh! This already sucks and it hasn't even started." I said not prepared for the stupidity of this school. —————Time skip————— We were in history, literally the stupid class to have. They don't even teach anything but town history. Like come on I wanna learn about Greek gods, or great wars that conquered countries and kingdoms. Not bloody sleepy hallow. "World war II ended in...Anyone got anything? Miss Juan? 1945." Tanner said. "Psst. FYI...Our team sucks. They could use you." I heard Elena say to Stefan. "Can't." Stefan replied to her. "Pearl Harbor." Tanner said. "I'm a loner." Stefan said. Yeah like we couldn't guess that. "Miss Gilbert?" Tanner asked Elena. "Hmm?" Elena hummed making it what —was already obvious— even more noticeable that she wasn't paying attention. "Pearl Harbor?" Tanner asked again. "Um..." Elena stuttered not knowing the answer. Not that I blame her they don't teach anything outside this town's history. "December 7, 1941." I said butting in saving her ass this once. "Thank you, Miss Gilbert." Tanner said sarcastically to me. "Anytime." I responded like any smart-ass would. "Very well. The fall of the Berlin wall." Tanner said trying to stump me. "1989. I'm good with dates, sir." Which is a complete lie, I have no idea where I'm getting this from. "Are you? How good? Keep it to the year. Civil Rights Act." He said continuing this stupid thing. "1964." I answered. "John F. Kennedy assassination." He continued. "1963." I answered again. "Martin Luther King." He said. "'68." Ha. Sorry bitch but apparently I'm good. "Lincoln." "1865." I replied. "Roe vs. Wade." "1973." I responded Jesus I'm kinda scaring myself. "Brown vs. Board." "1954." I said. "The battle of Gettysburg." "1863." I continued not stuttering at all. "Korean war." "1950 to 1953." I responded. "Ha! It ended in '52." He said smugly. "Uh, actually, sir, it was '53." Stefan said backing me up. "Look it up, somebody. Quickly." Tanner ordered the class. "It was 19...53." Someone said while looking up from his phone. "You just got out smarted by someone who had a lower education and age than you. How does it feel?" I asked before walking out of the classroom leaving a steaming Tanner in my wake. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I hope you enjoyed the chapter. I think I might add Lizzie another love interest. I'm kinda intrigued with Lizzie being in a polyamory. Give me your opinion on this. I'd love to know if you'd like it or not.
