I gasp waking up from a bad dream. I hear Elena gasping in the room behind us. Her dorm.

"You good?" Jax asks me as he's laying on his bed on his phone.

"Yeah bad dream." I say not remembering what it was.

"We'll rise and shine. Because your life is a bad dream." He grabs his towel and walks to the bathroom to shower.

Elena and I walk into the room and Caroline and Jax come up to us.

"My moms not here yet. I'm gonna get us some coffees." Caroline grabs Jax's arm and takes him with her.

Suddenly Elena looks forwards and drops her keys and doozies off.

"Elena?" I ask as she stares at nothing.

Caroline and Jax come back up to us as we sit down.

Elena you're back. Bye Stefan." I smile as Elena walks through the door and Stefan goes to his car.

Dad asks Elena about the date. I think she really likes him.

I look up. What was what? A quick ass daydream or something. 

"My moms 5 minutes away. Elena?" She asks as she's sitting down.

"Elena?" Jax asks.

Suddenly Elena gasps and looks at us then around us.

"How'd I get here? I was just standing at the doorway?" Elena asks confused.

"You walked? Right next to me." I say more as a question.

"Hang on did you just have one of those dreams? Like right here?" Caroline asks. What dreams.

"It didn't feel like a dream ok? It felt like it was real like I was just there." Elena looks around.

"Weird." I sip my coffee as Jax does.

"Caroline if you bite your tongue any harder you'll bleed. Say it." Elena looks at Caroline holding her mouth shut.

"It's psych 101. Or whatever comes before 101. You tell Damon you can't be with him now your having dreams about Stefan?" She asks.

Wait huh. She's dreaming about Stefan? Why.

I look at Elena and she looks at me.

"It's not just about Stefan. Our parents were alive. It was like a different life." Elena says confused.

Our parents?

"An alternate universe." Jax asks.

Caroline's phone rings.

"Stefan hey." She answers. Why's Stefan calling her.

Why hasn't he called me.

Jax notices my switch in attitude and he rubs my back I give him a halfass smile as we listen to the conversation.

"Well, you know how sometimes you feel crazy and you call me and I tell you that your not crazy cause I'm a good Bestfriend." Caroline nods.

"Even though most of the time I am." She adds.

"Well I need you to tell me I'm not crazy." Stefan starts.

What's this leading to?

"No promises." Caroline chuckles lightly.

"Well I was walking to my car. I nearly got plowed over in this street because I was having some sort of vision of Elena." Huh. Bitch did I hear that right.
