It's been 4 days since Bonnie died.

Or 4 days since we found out she died.

I'm sitting next to this monument watching Elena look around and write in her diary.

I wonder if the poor diary ever gets sick about her writing about death.

That's literally all that happens.

Bonnie told us to go back to school so we did.

I turn my music in my headphones up louder.

Basically I wish to be Stefan right now.

God even his name makes me want to die.

We'll die again. No ones even heard from him, except for Caroline.

Why Caroline?!

She's back to sleeping with Tyler.

Yay for her.

I look at Elena look at someone and I look to who she's looking at.

Dr. Wes Maxfield. Elena has me focusing on him since everything else in my life's shit.

But Jax helps me get distracted sometimes.

I mean Elena's roommate did get killed by a vampire, and he covered it up. It does spark my interest. Plus she had a picture of my dad in her phone. Well our dad.

Dr whatever goes up to Elena and says some stuff she smiles and he walks away, he smiles at me and I roll my eyes.

I just need to think about stuff cause if I don't I have more time to think about Bonnie and Stefan.

Like people say, "I know she's watching over me."

Elena grabs her phone and sighs then Damon comes up from behind her.

Yeah I'm a total stalker.

I get a text.

"So I heard there's this costume ball thing. You're going with me." - Jax  

I look down at my textbook to see a note in between the pages.

Costume ball! History thing, Jax is going with you, you loner I got your costumes. -Care

Whatever happened to going up to someone and telling them, sending note and texts nowadays.

I turn the note around.

It's at 8! -Care

I see Elena get up so I walk towards her.

"Dodging Damon at the finest I see." I say and take out my headphones.

"Says the loner who was spying on me." Elena says.

"Hey, I was- observing." I lie.

She looks at me and we continue walking.

"Observing?" Elena says and laughs.

"Yeah I was observing a vampire teenage girl who's using college as a distraction to get away from life." I say.

"Isn't that exactly what you're doing?" Elena asks.

"No." I lie.
