I open my eyes again to see a bright ass light.

I look around, my vision still foggy.

I look to my left to see a door open with some stairs in the back.

I get Deja-vu n in the back of my head hear laughing and a ball dropping down the stairs.

I then hear someone.

"Subject 83183 appears to be conscious." I look up to Dr what's his face looking right down on my face.

God he's uglier then I remember.

"Where the fuck am I?" I ask mad.

"Why look familiar?" He walks away.

"What is that?" I look to my right to see something plugged up to me.

"What is it doing?" I look around.

"83183 presume prep for blood dialysis." I hear him coming towards me again.

"Count from 10." He puts a mask over my face making me breath some sort of drug.

"I'm gonna kill yo-" I start and see fog.

I keep my eyes closed as I feel drowsy as hell.

I open my eyes half way and try to set my hands free, their locked against my side by a bar going across my waist.

"Where's Elena?" I try to look behind me but because I'm laying down it's no use.

"Don't worry I'm not planning on doing anything with her." He looks at something.

"Let me the fuck go." I try moving.

"Relax I plan on to. Once I'm done." He moves a curtain going to a table.

"They'll find me." I see black.

"Your heroic vampire friends. Did you know Aaron Whitmore spent his entire life thinking his family was haunted by some death curse. Turns out that curse was your ex boyfriend. Systematically killing every member on his family tree. I'm curious how does one justify that in her mind?" He asks looking back at me.

"Like your doing any fucking better. Holding people against their will, torturing them." I say firmly. "You justify that how?" I add.

"Science." He pulls out a book.

"June 25, 1999 Incredible findings today. After enduring 3,000 volts of electricity the subject continues to have a heartbeat. June 26 more success, subject was exposed to 4,000 volts today. Seizing continuing after electrocution-" I look up.

"Flesh remains hot to the touch." He stops.

"You're just as bad as you think we are." I spit out.

"This isn't my journal Emma. This is handwritten medical documents of yes- Dr. Grayson Gilbert. Your father." He turns the journal around to show me.

I look at it to see my dads handwriting.

"Everything I'm doing to you, I learned from him." He turns around and I look up. Great.
———
I look around again, the place seems so familiar.

"This is my dads clinic, we're in the basement." I realize where we are.

"Was your dads clinic. Then the town council burned a whole bunch of vampires down here. Now it's just a condemned building in Mystic Falls where no one will find us." He says the last part very confidently.

His cell phone rings.

He walks away and I try pulling off the locks on my arms.
