Welcome! This is the reincarnation of a book club by the same name, The Busy Girl's Book Club: Spam Comment Edition, which was active from September 2020 until January 2021. The aim of our club was to help our members gain more traction for their story by trading services such as comments and the like in a fun, light-hearted way.
However, what set us apart from other clubs is the spontaneity of the comments we exchange. Instead of constructive criticism, we indulge in each other's stories for pure entertainment, with a subgoal of catering to our members' interests in genres so that they are partnered with books that they may be interested in reading outside of the book club and enjoy in their downtime.
Because finding a good book is hard, especially when you are a busy girl (or boy) like myself. It's even harder to find yourself an audience in such an oversaturated market. Engaged readers who will leave plenty of feedback that laugh and cry with your characters as they exist in the worlds you have created for them. This is the namesake of our club: to deliver these attentions to your book via trade, in the hopes of encouraging your silent readers in the present and in the future to comment along with the ones your fellow members have left behind.
But it won't happen if we don't help each other out.
Since we were reported for trading a particular service which I shall not name now—but it starts with "vo" and ends in "te trading"—the second coming of this club will operate on new rules and regulations that heed Wattpad's guidelines this time. So none of that. But, worry not, the soul of our club will remain: the comments. Keep reading to know how the reincarnated version of this club works, what our members should and should not do, and how to become one of us.

MODUS OPERANDI
Step-by-step instructions, as well as what to do in case your situation deviates from these instructions:
1.⠀Each month, a TASK chapter will be posted wherein you will be paired with your fellow members according to your preferences, i.e. the genres of stories you like or dislike, plus the amount of comments you would be willing to exchange with them.
•⠀New tasks are assigned and published on the first weekday of each month unless otherwise specified by myself.
•⠀If you applied in the beginning or in the middle of a month, you will be assigned a new task on the month after that, i.e. February applicants will have their first pairings in the March task.
•⠀If you are paired with a story that you are incompatible with, or are not comfortable reading, please message your partner that (1) I, the club owner and moderator, have made a mistake, and (2) they should not proceed with commenting on your task.
•⠀Sometimes, the latter preference will be based upon the amount of members available for the month. If so, make sure you and your partners' forms contain the lower amount of work load in between yourselves. Work loads will be specified in the next instruction.
2.⠀You will find your pairings under the specified TYPE, which is the group you belong to based on the amount of work load you specify in your form.
•⠀Work load means the no. of comments per chapter, which you will choose yourselves in your application form, i.e. if your pairing states "12 comments on 2 chapters," it means you will leave the same amount of comments on the said amount of chapters, leading up to a grand total of 24 comments for your partner.
