"I'm kissing you," Wesley said calmly. "Why?!" Ada said wiping her lips. Wesley furrowed his eyebrows at her. "That's what boys and girls do when they are close friends." Ada looked at him like he lost it.

"No, they don't! That's what lovers do not friend not even best friends!" She threw her hand up in the air. Wesley glared at Ada. He wiped his lips as well and said. "Well never mind then." He moved back to his side of the seat and folded his arms. She probably didn't understand I mean what does she know?

Betsy walked into Joe's office with a sleeveless dress made out of satin she had no shoes on it was just her. "Ah there you are," Joe said smiling he got up and walked towards her. "I'm glad you know when to come now." He smiled. Betsy looked away. Joe petted Betsy's cheek slowly with his finger. "So beautiful." He whispered to himself. Joe turned Betsy around and kissed her shoulder. A tear fell on her face.

Just then Casey was helped into the car by her mother she had a white bandage around her head. Ada leaned into the seat to see if she wanted to see her so bad. Wesley didn't say anything just looked at Ada. Once Mary closed the door she went to the other side and sat in the driver's seat.

The drive was so quiet. Wesley looked at Casey who was looking out the window. Wesley felt guilty even though he has done nothing wrong. But speaking of emotions there Ada was holding in her smile. She loved every minute of this Casey. Ada couldn't help it she swiftly moved over to Wesley and said. "This is the quietest I have ever seen her." She smiled. Wesley turned to her angry.

"That's not funny Ada." He glared at her. Ada's face turned regretful. Ada couldn't help her emotions. That was the honest truth. Ada said nothing but went back to her side. She continued to stare at Casey.

Mary stopped for some gas got out of the car and closed the door. It was still silent. Casey was still looking out the window. It was so silent you can hear everyone breathing. Wesley looked at Ada. Who was sleeping? Wesley relaxed a bit.

"Staring is rude," Ada spoke. Wesley was startled. Her eyes were still closed how did she even see him? "Go back to sleep." He grunted, he looked out the window. He looked at Casey only to find her eyes staring at his. She turned back around. He realized that she was in the car with him and Ada. And so it looked as if he was talking to himself. There was no need to even explain to her for it looked as if she would just brush it off, especially in this state.

Mary came back into the car and began driving home. Coming into the house with the kids. Mary was greeted with open arms by Joe who hugged her tightly. While hugging him Mary inhaled his scent. She looked down as if she already knew that he was with another woman. That was her scent. That wasn't even their home scent.

Casey watched from afar and so did Wesley. Casey knew far more about her father. She didn't want a man like her father. Men like that were disgusting in her eyes. Disappointments. They only cared about themselves and were money hungry. She wanted a man with compassion and love.

Joe turned around and went to hug his daughter Casey. "Good to have you back, princess." He rubbed her back. Casey didn't hug back. Joe knew Casey was cold, especially to him. but he didn't really care. He had better things to focus on. Joe then walked down the hall towards his office.

The three left family members and Ada of course were left standing there in awkward silence. Ada's eyes followed joe all the way to her office with a big grin on her face. Wesley looked at her. What is wrong with her? She was kind of starting to scare him. Ada turned back to Wesley meeting his eyes.

She moved closer to Wesley and whispered in his ear. "If only I could tell you the secrets that go on in this house." She bit her lip and then walked away. Wesley was confused.

Later at night, Wesley was laying on his bed thinking as Ada drew on the floor. Ada got up and showed Wesley a picture she put in his face. It was two stick fingers one on top of the other.

Wesley twisted his face. He didn't know what she was drawing. Ada smiled and then went back to drawing.
