Casey came in storming through Wesley's room.

"Did you take my fucking blow dryer?" Casey said removing the cover. Realizing that Wesley wasn't there. She stepped back.
Casey's ankle was still wrapped up she walked away but while walking away.

A hard hit on her head made her pass out. There she was with the bat in her hand. Ada looked down at Casey. She tilted her head and gave a small smile. "Someone needed to teach you a lesson." Ada hummed. The bat was now bloody Ada dropped it.

Where was Wesley? Wesley was out with Ruby doing some errands. It came as a surprise when he asked to go. He has never spoken to her let alone spoken. Wesley was walking to the market it's been a while since he saw human beings and kids of all ages. "Mr hunter?" Wesley looked up at Ruby. "Please stay close it would be terrible if you got lost." Ruby pleaded with the young boy. Wesley nodded and continued to walk beside Ruby.

Time passed and as they approached the market. The entrance was there Ruby smiled down at Wesley and crouched down to his size. She took out some money and handed it to him. "Now you go in there and get these things." She handed Wesley a paper. Wesley tilted his head in confusion. "You go yourself!" He fussed and pushed the paper away. Ruby sighed and pointed to a sign that said "whites only." Wesley then saw. "Then why won't we go to a colored store?" He argued. "The things your parents want are in this store." Ruby was getting frustrated but certainly didn't express it in front of the young boy. "So what were you gonna do if I didn't come?" Wesley crossed his arms.

Ruby stayed silent. Wesley squinted his eyes at her as seconds passed. Wesley snatched the paper out of her hand and stomped away into the market. Ruby sighed and put her head down. She walked over to a place with shade and quiet away from the market so she doesn't startle the white folks who were coming out.

Wesley walked in looking for the groceries but just as he was walking in someone familiar was walking out with their mother. The boy! Wesley thought it was that ginger who was getting picked on by those boys. Wesley looked at him he had a black eye and some healing scars on his face. Guilt washed over Wesley he put his head down. Wesley then went and picked out the things he was asked of.

While shopping a girl with straight black hair and freckles on her nose eyed Wesley. Wesley stared at her. She kept eyeing him and smiling. Until she somehow managed to bump into a cart. She took her foot and screamed out "ow ow ow." Wesley turned away.  Wesley moved back and bumped into cans that eventually fell.
"Goddammit, boy don't you know how to be careful? Just because you don't work doesn't mean you have to fuck it up for  us." Wesley looked up wide-eyed at the man.

A tall worker. "I...I'm sorry." Wesley said. "Yea, yea.. that's what they all say."
The man rolled his eyes. "Seriously I didn't mean to," Wesley said trying to sound convincing. The man turned to Wesley and looked down at him. "What you got there." The man snatched it out of Wesley's hand. And he read it. "Everything your looking for is over there." He pointed. He aggressively gave it back to Wesley and put it on his chest. Wesley grabbed it with his hands.

"Thank you." Wesley whispered. . "Yea whatever kid." The man was starting to pile back the cans until one of the open cans slashed his hand. "Shit!" Wesley gasped. He looked down and walked around the man and walked away.

While he was walking to the aisle he realize he completely forgot about where the man pointed. Now, what did he say?" He asked himself out loud. "Over there." Ada appeared next to him scaring him. "Shit! Ada, what are you doing here?" He turned to her.

"I wanted to come I was bored in the house." Ada pouted. "It's whites-only did you not read the sign," Wesley said. "Yea but no one can see me. I won't be a bother I promise." She pleaded

"Whatever." Wesley rolled his eyes and kept walking with Ada keeping up with him.
