Waiting For You

Niall's POV

*The next morning*

When I woke up and saw Lili laying beside me still sound asleep in her bed, snoring very quietly I rolled back over to where I was the big spoon, and I nuzzled my head into her neck. Oh my gosh she smelt so good almost like a vanilla scent. I planted little kisses on her shoulder which I'm guessing sent chills through her because she opened her eyes. She turned around to where we were both staring at each other. Her blueish green eyes were stunning I could stay there all day and night just staring at them.

"Good Morning Beautiful." I said, a big smile came on her face "Good Morning." I kissed her on the lips then got up and said "You stay right there, I'll be back." She responded with that same gorgeous smile "Okay."

As I went downstairs to go make Lili some pancakes I got a text from Liam

Liam: Hey Nialler, I was just wondering what happened last night after the cafe? I saw you run out after Lili but you never came back.

Me: Hey sorry I forgot to text you and the lads about what happened. It worked. She's giving me another chance.

Liam: Ahh mate I'm so happy for you! Just don't screw up again okay?

Me: I promise I won't, I will never hurt her in any way ever again.

Liam: Good, so where are ya? I asked H if you were at your place but he said no.

Me: I'm at Lili's house.

Liam: Oooooo so what happened last night?

Thinking back to the other morning and remembering Liam coming home from his house with messy hair and wrinkled clothes after taking Isabella back to his place the night before. Liam and Isabella obviously already did it. I told him the truth.

Me: Nothing we just watched a movie, and we fell asleep.

Liam: Really? That's it?

Knowing exactly what he was getting to I responded

Me: Yes Payno, she didn't want to, she said she wasn't ready yet. And I completely understand I would never make her do anything she didn't want to do.

Liam: Well look at you being a gentlemen. Anyways I gotta go I'll talk to you later, bye.

Me: Bye.

After I made Lili pancakes I brought them back up to her room and sat on her bed with her. And as she was eating I noticed she got a sad embarrassed look on her face I asked "What's wrong?" She responded "I'm sorry I didn't want to do it last night. I know you have been waiting to do it with the person your in love with and you wanted to do it last night, but I wasn't ready."

I lifted her chin up and looked at her in the eyes "I would never ever make you do that if you didn't want to. I am perfectly fine waiting." I paused "Waiting for you." She gave me a little smile and planted a very delicate and gentle kiss on my lips. When she pulled away I could tell that she got a little bit of syrup on my lips from the pancakes which I thought was completely adorable. I licked my lips and grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers. And we just stayed there laying with each other.

Lili's POV

*Later that day*

Me and Niall hung out all day together. We went to Taco Bell, and both got a burrito, nacho fries, and a Mountain Dew freezie. Once we went through the drive through he parked my car in a parking spot to eat.

Once we were finished eating and talking, I had an idea. And with that I asked Niall "Can I drive?" He raised an eyebrow in curiosity but said "Sure."
