CHAPTER 10

JADE'S P.O.V

School had went by fast, The bell has rung to be let out of school, and I found myself back on the bus with nikki's big mouth self...talking about nothing..then getting off the bus to a empty house...

I remembered derek texted and said he was gon be round at six, so I went straight to my room to get ready, because it was already 3:50

I looked in the closest for something nice..and found a red v-neck body hugging dress that made the lil curves I do have stand out and a black pair of heels with gold accessories

I laid them on the bed and picked out a black hand purse to go with it..

After I was done it was 4:30, so I went to freshen up..

After doing my hygiene and taking a warm bath..I dried off..

Walking into my room in just a towel, again ..to lotion up..

It was 5:15 so I decided to put on my cloths..

I looked lovely...

I put my hair in a tight bun with a curled bang ..a little bit of eye liner,mascara , and red lip stick because I'm not a makeup person, made sure I had everything I needed, and just on time there's a knock on my door

"Come in", I yell as derek walks in..in a white polo collar shirt, black slacks and a gold chain and watch..looking descent..and we sorta matched but he had on no red..but just as I was thinking that derek pulls from behind his back red roses..

"I brung these for you", he says as he hands me the flowers

"so sweet of you", I say as I give him a hugg

Derek is a sweet guy, but he's really not who I see myself with in the future..he reminds me of my father demanding at times, and he loves to rush things..I like derek as a good friend, I don't want to hurt him

"You look good", he says

"Thanks you, you look good too", I say

I picked up my stuff and said," You ready"

"I was waiting on you, women and time" he said shaking his head

I just held my breath, and walked out the room..
