Its been awhile since I seen my baby, she doesnt even call or text anymore.
I know I've been gone for a while, but that's my job.
I could leave for up to nine months and still not be able to come home..
But I'm finally home for a week from the army..and the first place I stop is jade's house to surprise her..ik she's not home yet but it's better to wait then be late..
Jade and I have been friends for a good while and I really want to change that..I want a relationship..we have a relationship but I dont think she's really in it..
See our parents got us together, awhile back and it's like they forced her unto me..but I love Jade ...I want her..I'd do anything for her..
Oh..see I'm being rude..I didnt even introduce myself... My name is Derek Edwards jr. ,I'm 20 years old , light skin, tall 6'5 to be exact.. Not your average pretty boy all perfect and ish..but I'm worth it ..
Jade and I have been talking since her ninth grade years which was my sr. year.
We were just starting off then, but now I'm gonna ask her to marry me..
I've dreamt of my perfect life, with my perfect wife...and .hand full of kids.. all my life ..I want that and nothing wrong ..to come into way..
I asked jade a year back what she would do if I purposed to her and she said, " derek, I'm not even out of school yet..I haven't even lived yet.."
I could already tell she would say no then so I said no more..
Tears well in my eyes as I'm holding the rings I bought jade ..as I think about jade not in my life..and saying yess I'll be your wife..
Oh I forgot to mention I'm a real emotional guy..so dont judge me..
as I'm thinking.. I hear the door open and see her..
