JADE'S P.O.V

I felt so terrible I went straight to sleep..and woke up to my ma coming in early wednesday morning..trying to sneak in...it was 3:25 and ig I was the only one who heard her

I hid my wallet inside the cut I made in my mattress..because my mother is starting to robb us of everything just for a lil crack

My ma was a beautiful light skin woman..with a coke bottle figure..prefect teeth and hazel eyes..I can't tell you she's a good parent cause she gave me to my grandma at a young and I'm just now getting to know her..

ma's boyfriend 8ball one of the biggest drug deals of the south made her try crack once and ever since then ma aint been the same..

She still tries to act like a strict parent and stuff but you really can't take her serious..unless she's trying to fight you

My mother has tried to fight me penty of times, told me she didn't want me and that I was a disgrace to her..but because I love my mother I didn't let it affect me...

Just like I thought, my mother came into my room and looked around till she found something that hit her eye ...the pearl necklace that my great grandma passed down to her next it was passed to me..my mother speed out the room and my heart broke..she gave away grandma necklace for some crack

I went back to sleep crying..knowing I couldn't do anything but that

When I got back up..it was 5:45 a.m... My alarm had been going off for 15 mins

I got up and decided to get ready, it was a idgaf day so I just put on a white hoodie and sports bra and some black tights with my black and white adidas..I threw my hair in a messy bun..and some how I still looked cute..I put in some ear rings grabbed my books and left the house

I really wasn't feelings school today, so I decided to text Rj and see what he was up to

**RJ & I:

Me: hey Rj this is jade, are you going to school today??

Rj: maybe, why whats up?

Me:I didn't feel like going and I wanted someone to chill with

Rj: oh Tu ma, I'll chill with you

Me: okay, I stay on 501 north street..the white and tan house

Rj: ok I'll be there in 15 mins

Me: okay talk to you then

I put my phone, in my side bag and went back in the house to put up my books..

I hope I have fun...I say to myself..just then Rj pulls up..I'm guessing, just then he texted and said it was him and I walked out..
