♡ CHAERIN'S POV ♡

Today's the second day of the festival and we're definitely having the time of our lives. We have to enjoy this festival as much as we can since malapit na yung exams — we're gonna get stressed again.

"Chaerin! Let's go to the music department's treasure hunt booth!" Sabi ni Yewon at tumango ako sa kanya. Ngumiti naman siya sa akin bago niya ako hinila papunta sa isa sa mga stalls. Treasure hunt booth, huh? This is definitely going to be fun.

"Namjoon!" Yewon called out at napatingin si Namjoon sa amin. He gave us a small smile before getting a piece of paper from a small treasure box.

"Are you guys here to play?" Tanong niya at tumango naman kaming dalawa ni Yewon. "That's great! The rules of the game are simple. Just follow the directions on the map and find the pirate. The pirate will then lead you to the treasure." Namjoon explained and once again, Yewon and I nodded our heads.

"Enjoy the game." Namjoon said as he handed the paper to Yewon. "Thanks!" Yewon said and then, we bid him goodbye. "I'm excited!" Sabi ni Yewon at sumangayon naman ako sa kanya. She looked at the map for one second before she abruptly stopped on her tracks. Napatigil na rin ako.

"What is this?" Yewon muttered to herself. Napatingin naman ako sa hawak niyang papel at halos mapanganga ako nang makita ko na hindi iyon isang normal na mapa.

Instead of having concrete directions, there are riddles, codes, and equations written on it. We have to solve this in order to find the pirate?

"Putangina. Kaninong idea 'to?" Yewon complained as she continued staring at the map. Wala pa yung exams pero mukhang mapipiga na yung utak namin dahil sa treasure hunt na 'to.

"Kung tama tayo, the pirate should be around here." Sabi ni Yewon at napalingon lingon naman ako sa paligid. Walang tao dito sa garden ah. Mukhang nagkamali kami.

"But there's no o—"

"I'm here."

Nagkatinginan muna kami ni Yewon bago kami sabay na napatingin sa taas ng kahoy. And there we saw Min Yoongi sitting on one of the branches.

"Yoongi? You're the pirate?" Yewon asked and Yoongi just sighed before nodding his head. He then jumped down and dusted off his pants.

"Wow. You're lucky." Pagbulong ni Yewon sa akin at siniko ko naman naman siya. Ang daldal talaga.

"Follow me." Sabi ni Yoongi bago siya nagsimulang maglakad palayo sa amin. Sumunod naman kaming dalawa sa kanya hanggang sa makarating kami sa garden shed. Binuksan ni Yoongi ang pinto at napanganga kaming dalawa ni Yewon nang makita namin ang iba't ibang mga pagkain na nakalagay sa isang lamesa.

"That's the treasure. You can take as much as you want." Sabi ni Yoongi bago siya napasandal sa pader. Agad na lumapit si Yewon sa lamesa. "Worth it lahat!" Sabi niya at tumango naman ako. Worth it talaga!

And then I felt my phone vibrate.
