Chapter 8- Sports festival part 2

Ty Lee POV

Next up is the calvary battle. Everyone is choosing their teams but to be frank im scared that i wont end up with one. I mean i did score pretty highly which means im worth a lot of points and i dont have a quirk. Who would want that on their team?

Nevertheless, Todoroki asks me to be on his team and I am overjoyed. Todorokis quirk, or should I say quirks, are really powerful. We go round recruiting others so we have a team of 5: Me, Todoroki, Iida , Denki and Momo. We have a good team but I'm only useful close up.

Our formation goes Tenya carrying us, Momo left leg, Kaminari right leg , Todoroki on top and me at the tail end.

As everyone stands spaced out waiting to go I can see everyone eyeing Dekus team for the 10 million points. Especially Bakugo and his team who are glaring at deku like predators look at their prey.

Our team is doing well. But i have to say, Todoroki and Bakugo really woke up and chose VIOLENCE.
Nearing the end of the calvary battle, i look behind me and see Shoji, Mineta and Tsu running towards us.

Ty Lee: Im breaking off!

I detach myself from the group to take care of the group behind us. Mineta see's me coming and throws his sticky balls which i dodge easily. I continue my run towards them before dropping down to the floor and skidding underneath Shojis legs being careful not to get trampled on. Shoji stops for a moment confused and i take that as my chance to chi-block the members inside. Tsu is first to attack as she jumps out of Shoji's arm tent super high. She attempts to wrap her tongue around my waist, but i knew what she was doing so i came up with a plan.

When Tsu landed, i grab her tongue that she was retracting back into her mouth and use it to take me towards her. In a blink of an eye, I am right in front of Tsu and i chi-block her chest. She falls onto the ground completely limp.

Ty Lee: Sorry Tsu!

Tsu: Its fine, ribbit

I run back towars Shoji and Mineta. Mineta being Mineta is utterly terrified, he basically just let me chi-block him. He falls to the ground crying but I don't pay much attention to him.

However, Shoji's quirk is physical and is a bit harder to chi-block. He swings at me with his dupli-arms, I jump on top of one of his arms using them so i can spring myself higher. I land behind him and chi-block him the same way i did to Bakugo. I snatch the headband off Shoji.

Ty Lee: Thank you!!

Present Mic: TY LEE THE NEW 1A GIRL JUST DEFEATED AN ENTIRE TEAM!!!!!! ISNT THAT INCREDIBLE?!!!?!!

I smile to myself and look around for my team.I see them facing Midoriya's group intensely. I realise theres only a couple of seconds left and know that its just not worth it to join in.

The calvary battle ends and we won!! I shout out in happiness and throw my arms in the air still holding the headband.
Bakugo looks at me in such an angry way i dont even think its humane.

Iida: While i appreciate your efforts Ty Lee, I do not approve of you leaving the group to fight by yourself. We could have needed you!

Denki: Oi Iida give her a break, look how many more points she got for our team!

I smile widely and a little blush appears on my cheeks.
