Hades Throne Room (3rd Person Pov)
The air was tense as two deities stared at each other, Y/n the reincarnated being of Theodorus Astra and Hades the God of the Underworld, neither of them wanted to fight but if push comes to shove they would
Hades: Why are you so hostile nephew?
Y/n: If you had sent a messenger saying you wanted to meet me, I'd be fine but the fact that you tried using forced teleportation on me has struck a nerve or two
Hades: I see, I have a reason for that
Y/n: Let's hear it then
Hades nodded then snapped his fingers
Persephone: Here you go
Persephone handed me a golden sword, I pulled the scabbard off it then took a look at it noticing it was a long sword with a slender form. Every part of the sword from the guard to the pommel seemed like they are made out of dazzling gold while the blade itself is dyed in a bright golden yellow distinctly more intense than the sword scabbard. A cross-shape flower design decorates the sword's guard
Y/n: A sword?
Y/n moved the sword to his left hand then gripped it's hilt before he felt a pulse go through his entire arm making him drop the sword and clutch his arm in pain
Y/n: What the hell?!
Hades grunted at hell being used in such a manner but disregarded it seeing how Y/n was in pain, Y/n pulled his sleeves up revealing his mark to be glowing
Y/n: It reacted to the sword?
Hades: A few scouts of mine found this sword a few days ago beside the entrance to Tartarus
Y/n: Tartarus?
Hades nodded as Y/n slowly got to his feet
Y/n: What's a sword like this doing here?
Hades: I asked myself the same question but I couldn't find anything about it, if I had to take a guess as to why it's there I'd say that someone was here, someone who was alive had entered the underworld and was attacked near the entrance to Tartarus where they dropped this sword
Persephone gasped and looked at Hades
Persephone: You don't think it was that abnormal amount of energy a week after the Great War between the Greeks and Romans ended?
Hades: *Sighs* I do
Y/n: (That's the war where I met my demise, but what does that have to do with anything?)
Hades: We think that whoever wielded this sword had a connection to you Y/n, at least in your past life, but seeing as they had a lot of power, I doubt Tartarus would ever let them escape or live, right now they're most likely dead, so I want you to take this sword
