RING RING!
han minyoung shot up as she was loudly awaken from a deep slumber by her stupid alarm. she spammed the stop button until it stopped and sighed. the girl got back under her warm comforter.
'i do not want to go to school...'
the girl forcefully made herself get up and walk to the bathroom in her room. her comfortable apartment was quite spacious, being three bedroom and two bathroom. chills traveled up her spine as the cold floor made contact with her foot.
'and this is why i hate mornings. it's like fucking antarctica in here'
her senses urged her to go back to her bed but nonetheless, she continued to her destination. the fatigued girl washed her face, brushed her teeth as well as her hair and got dressed into her new uniform. minyoung, or mina as her japanese name, had spent the past few months perfecting her japanese so she can go back to a normal high school and be a normal student.
she put on some makeup, nothing more than concealer and lip tint with a spray of perfume. the girl look at herself in the mirror and fixed her outfit. minyoung's uniform consisted of a button up white shirt, a blue tie, a black skirt, and a black vest which had a blue and white outline. she put on a beige overcoat and walked out to the kitchen.
"good morning, minyoung" greeted a warm voice. "morning, saerin," the girl smiled and placed her bag on the dining room chair. lee saerin was a family friend back from korea who her mom thought could help her around since she thought minyoung was too young to manage on her own. she was indeed right and saerin helps around with cooking as well as cleaning.
saerin placed a plate on the table that was filled with some of the girl's favorite morning foods. "looks delicious~" she told, grabbing utensils and wasting no time to dig in. her eyes widened while she chews. saerin chuckles and tells her, "well that's your treat for you. maybe it'll energize you so you can have a good day."
"i'll let you know if it works" the young girl told saerin, taking another bite following with a sip of water. saerin had been like her second mom for years so having her come to japan with her made her feel at home.
