CHAPTER 4 The Hostage

Everything was silent. Then it was loud, Natasha was attempting to fight them. There was a lot of noises, until there wasn't... There was a gunshot, everything stopped.

"Natasha!" You yelled.

You were terrified, was Natasha shot. Was she dead!?

"Y/N!" You year a voice yell.

It was Nat.

"Natasha! You're ok!" You yelled as she untied you.

She hugged you

"I'm so glad your safe..." she said with tears in her eyes.

She grabs your hand as she whispers to you "we have to get out of here."

You looked at her and nodded you head, before you can look back while she's still holding your hand she quickly get you out of there and put you in the car.

A loud bang went off, Natasha was shot. She used a voice command for her car to drive back to the headquarters. You scream her name as she is being dragged away by someone in a mask, while the car is driving incredibly quickly. The car arrives back at the headquarters

You see the avengers waiting at the front entrance for you. You get out of the car and tony passes you a jet pack.

"Natasha sent us a warning signal, we know what happened." Thor said to you with worry in is eyes.

"Well? Let's go get her then" Tony said.

"Peter and Cap you go with y/n (group 1), Clint you go with Bruce (group 2), and Thor, your with me. (group 3) " Tony ordered.

Everyone had a way of flight. Thor and Tony can fly, Peter can swing, and you Cap , Bruce, and Clint have jet packs.

"Let's move!" Thor yelled

All of you very quickly make it to what looks like an underground bunker.

"Group 1, go find Natasha. Group 2, go hack the cameras. And Thor and I will take out any possible body guards." Tony ordered once again.

You all enter the bunker, it's quiet. But somethings off, it looks like an abandoned office. As if someone had still been living here. Peter decided to break the wall of silence.

"What now?" He said in fear

Only a moment after he said that you had seen a shadow run across a nearby room. You gestured for Peter and Steve to be quiet and follow you. After what felt like an eternity of walking you looked into a room to see two very familiar red heads. It was Wanda and Natasha. Natasha was tied to a chair, and Wanda was untying her.

"Wanda..? Natasha..?" You said in a rather shaking tone.

Wanda finished untying Natasha. Natasha ran straight into your arms as you wrapped your arms around her.

"What are you doing here..?" Steve asked Wanda.

"I.. uh..." Wanda said trembling "I saw people dragging Natasha in here so I thought she could use a hand."

You let go of Natasha and hug Wanda tightly.

"Thank you" you said to her.

You walk back to Natasha and hold her closely. All of you head out to the quinjet to wait for the others. You told them all to come back threw the earpiece everyone had. First to come out was Tony and Thor. Then Clint and Bruce. On the way back to the Avengers tower Natasha was asleep on your lap the whole way back. But even though you got her back, something doesn't feel right. If Wanda said there were people dragging her into the bunker, then where were they... None of this seemed right, but for the time being you were just happy to have Natasha in your arms again. Once you arrive back at the tower you carry Natasha back to your room since she was still sound asleep. You lay her down on the bed and go back to the others in the living room.

"Thanks for the help you guys.." You say while standing in the doorway to the living room. "I don't think I could've gotten her back without you all.."

They all have the same response. "She's part of the team, we couldn't let anyone harm her"

You smile and go back to your room, and to no surprise Natasha is still sleeping like a baby. You put on your pyjamas and crawl into bed behind her, wrapping your arms around her waist. Before you could move she turned towards you and put her head on your chest with an adorable smirk and incredibly red cheeks.

The next morning you wake up, her head was still on your chest, and her hand was tangled in your hair. As you try to move she tightens her grip on your hair, you look down to see her smile fading due to the lack of heat around her. You lie back down, holding her, watching her adorable smile come back. You put you hand on her face, cupping her cheek and kiss her on the forehead. Suddenly she slowly opens her eyes.

"Y/n..? What time is it." She said in her morning voice.

"Time to wake up" you said before kissing her on the forehead again.

You both sit up and walk to the kitchen.

"Rough night?" Tony asked.

"Actually I had an amazing sleep, thank you very much" Natasha hissed.

"Someone's in a bad mood" Steve teased.

Natasha growled and hid her head in your shoulder. You grabbed her hand and dragged her to the couch as she sat on tour lap, wrapping her legs around her waist. She wraps her arms around your neck and begins to attack your lips with hers. You stop kissing her and turn to Tony at the sound of whistling and clapping. You let out a growl as tony stopped and walked away. You smirked and looked back at Nat. Without anytime to say anything she goes back to kissing you.

"Get a room you two" Steve said sarcastically

"Watch it, Rogers" Natasha said.

She moved back into your arms and rested her head on your shoulder. You raised one hand from her waist to her hair.

Natasha got up and looked you while saying "I'll be right back"

30 minutes has last and your getting worried about Natasha. You get up to go and look for her. You check your room, then downstairs, then the offices and she's no where to be found. You finally think to check the training room, so that's what you do. And to no surprise, she's there. But the thing that stunned your movement was seeing her and Bucky kissing.

"N-Natasha!?"
