(Zoe pov)

I woke up to find Aria still sound a sleep, since she had a big night last night I deciding to let her sleep a little longer. I get up and make my way to my closet to find what to wear for Aria's and I girls day today. After deciding on just wearing a dark pair of jeans and a pink tank I go to my bathroom to shower. After I finished showering I head back to my room to wake Aria up. "Aria if we are going to hang out today you need to get up," I say as I shake her gently but she didn't budge. "ARIA WAKE UP!" I yell but still nothing. I swear this girl could sleep threw anything. Getting frustrated I knew what I had to do, I walk to my closet and found a small water gun and the went to the bathroom, filled it up with cold water, walked back to my room and start squirting her with water. Within seconds she sat up screaming, "what the heck did you do that for?" Trying to hold back laughter I say, "because I tried to wake you up and you just wouldn't get up lazy bones." "So you think that this is funny huh?" She ask getting up off the bed and coming my way. Without giving her a chance to get close to me I take off running out of my room and down the hall, but I didn't make it very far before running into someone hard causing mw to fall on my butt. I look up to see Ryder standing in front of me, I try to get up and get back running but before I could get up good Aria was on the othe side of me. "Whats going on, and why are you wet Aria," I hear Ryder say. "Because Zoe thaught it would be funny to wake me up by squirting me with a water gun," Aria says. "So Aria do you want me to get her back for you," Ryder asked Aria. "Yes I would thank you, let go see if she likes a cold shower," Aria says with laughter in her voice. "Yall wouldn't dare," I say to them but before I could knew it I was being slung across Ryder's back and taken to the bathroom. I tryed to wiggle lose of his hold but it was no use and the next thing I know I am being sat in the shower as Aria turns on the cold water soaking me, but before Ryder could get up from me go I tugged him hard causing him to slip and lands in the shower with me getting him soaked also, which caused us all to bust into fits of laughter. "Hey this isn't far both Ryder and I are soaked and you are only a little wet from the water gun, so you know what Ryder I think Aria wants to join us." I say between laughter. Before Aria even knew what was coming Ryder had picked her up and placed her in the shower also causing her to become completely soaked like us.

(Aria pov)

After getting cleaned up and dressed from the water fight we had earlier Zoe and I had finally made it to the mall to do some shopping. "Zoe I really want to go in here," I say pointing to Rue 21. "Ok sounds good to me why don't we start in here, then go to the rest of the stores in the mall, and then we can go get us something to eat at one of the restaurants in here." Zoe says as we make our way in to Rue 21.

We had been shopping for hours when we finally made it to the foood court, me and Zoe both had bought several new outfits. "Zoe im exhausted I don't think I can take any more shopping today," I say as I sit all my bags down at the nearest table I could find. "I know I feel the same way, my legs feel like the are going to fall off from all the walking we have done. "How about you watch our stuff and I will go get us something to eat," I say as I set out to go get us food.

When I in got back to our table with our food, Zoe had a look on her face that was scaring me. "Zoe whats wrong?" I ask tryung not to sound scared. "Aria, my dad just called, he said Jackson is at our house with the law he is there to get you, dad said I have to bring you to him because by law he is your guardian and my dad said he can't stop him from taking you," Zoe says with tears in her eyes. "Im so sorry Aria there isn't anything I can do about it, but I don't want you to go with him and my dad will find some way to save you from him I promise." Zoe says trying to calm me down because I hadn't relized I was crying until I felt her wipe my tears away.

We pulled in to her driveway about five minutes ago, and we are just sitting here while I get up the nerve to go in there. I finally get out of the car making my way inside, and spot Jackson sitting in the kitchen looking very irritated. I walk into kitchen and as Jackson looks as me with this look that tells me im in a lot of trouble when he gets me alone. "Aria I have been worried sick about you, I got home from work three days ago and I couldn't find you anywhere," he says trying to sound like some caring and loving parent but he wasn't fooling me. "Im sorry I just got bored being home by myself so I decided to stay here," I say going along with his act to try and prevent him from getting any angrier with me. "Get your stuff so we can go," he says as he stands heading for the door. I was heading up the stairs to gather my things when I ran into Ryder trying to avoid him I walk around him and enter Zoe's room and start putting my things in a bag. "Aria whats going on and why are you packing your things," he ask confused. "I have to go home, Jackson is here to get me," I say quietly trying to keep myself from crying. "Aria you don't have to go with him, you can make your own choices," he says as he starts tryinb to unpack my stuff. "It's not that simple Ryder I have to go," I say as I keep trying to pack my stuff. "Im not letting you go back with him, I know he is the one hurting you it doesn't take a genuine to recognize the signs Aria," he says as he turns and starts out the door. Freaking out I go after him, "Ryder don't start anything with him just leave it alone," I say but he ignores me and continues to make his way to Jackson. "She is going with you, she is staying here with me and there isnt anything you can do about it," Ryder says pointing a finger in Jackson chest. "Yes she is and nobody can stop me,"Jackson says slapping Ryder's hand away. "Son I think it's best you stay out of this before you get yourself into something I can't get you out of," Mr. Thompson say to Ryder. "But Uncle Jason she my girlfriend and I want let her go with someone who hurts her," I here Ryder tell his uncle. "Boy I don't know what Aria has told you, but I asure you she is lying and she is just being a rebellious sixteen year old," Jackson said causing Ryder to look at me confused. "Is it true, you are only sixteen," he asked with hurt in his eyes. Not being able to find my voice I just shook my head yes. "How could you lie to me, do you know how much trouble I could get in, Aria I could lose my job or even go to jail," he said to me angrily. "I'm so sorry," I managed to say as I placed my hand on his face. Slapping my hand away he tells me, "get out of her and I never want to see you again you selfish child." By this time I could no longer hold back the tears as I watched him leave the house and the door slams angrley behind him.

After about fifteen minutes Jackson and I had finally arrived home and to my surprise he has not said one word to me the whole way home. I get out of the car, grab my stuff out of the backseat, and make my way into the house. "Aria I want you to go to your room and I will handle your disrespectful self later," Jackson says to me causing me to jump at the anger in his voice. Not wanting to cause him to become any angrier then he already was I head up to my room, feeling somewhat thankful that he didn't beat me as soon as he had me alone. Felling tired and wanting to forget everything that happened, I decided to change into a big tee shirt and lay on my bed to take a nap.

I don't know how long I had been asleep but I woke up to my bedroom door slamming shut and I sat up to see a very drunk and angry Jackson coming towards me. "You looks so sexy in just a shirt," he said as an he pulled the covers off of me. Starting to get scared I grabed the blanket and tried to cover my self back up, but he managed to take it back from me and throw it on the floor. "Jackson stop it and get out of my room," I say trying to sound strong and serous, but it came out in a whimper. "Shut up you little slut you can go around sleeping with everyone else then you can sleep with me," he says as he grabs my hair and pulls me to him and then he kisses me hard, rough and when he forces his tongue into my mouth I bite it as hard as I can. "You stupid slut how dare you bite me," he says as he slaps me hard across the face. He then pulls me down on the bed and climbs on top of me and I am trying to fight him off when I feel something sharp enter my hip. I scream out in pain as the room starts spinning around me, and then everything went dark.
