After they all got home, Michael called up Katherine, and Katherine, being the girl she is, took Michael up on the date Friday night. Then Ashton got a call from Katherine saying that they were through.
“Well, now that that’s over with,” Ashton says, “Mac, would you like to listen to our newest song?”
“YES!” Mac exclaims, “I would love to hear your new song!”
The boys and Mac go into the practice room and start playing Gotta Get Out.
Once they were done, Ashton pulls Mac aside.
“So, what do you think?” Ashton asks.
“Oh my goodness,” Mac says, “Ashton, that song is amazing! I absolutely loved it!”
“Really?! That’s awesome!” Ashton exclaims, “Mac, we are going out to dinner in a little bit, would you care to come with us?”
“Um, sure,” Mac answers.
“YES!” Michael and Calum both say under their breath.
"Alright you guys," Ashton says, "just hop into Kaitlyn and we'll go".
"Wait... WHAT?!" Michael asks, "You want us all to hop into a GIRL?!"
"No," Ashton explains, "I want you to hop into my Corvette, Kaitlyn."
"I'm not even going to ask why you have a car named Kaitlyn." Luke says.
"Okay," said Ashton, "Let's get going!"

Once they got to the restaurant, the lads and Mac all took a seat at the bench. Mac and Ashton sitting next to each other on one side and Michael, Calum, and Luke squished into the other side.
In the middle of eating, a man walks up to the table and pushes a piece of paper towards the boys.
"Adam," Luke says, "what are you doing here?" Luke picks up the paper.
"Mac," Ashton explains, "this is our manager, Adam Wilkinson."
"Ashton," Luke, Mike, and Calum all say, "you better look at this."
Ashton reaches over the table to grab the paper. It has concert dates on it. One Direction concert dates.
"Adam, what is this?" Michael asks, "Why did you give us a paper filled with One Direction concert dates?"
"Louis from One Direction saw your guys's YouTube videos," Adam says excitedly, "and he talked to the other lads, and they want you to open for them on their tour! You'll have to move to England to write songs, but I mean, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity that you have to take!"
"Excuse me," Mac says, as she darts out of the restaurant.
