The girls woke up excited to start their new life at Hogwarts. Despite the fact that they were in opposite houses, they were still excited.

                                                                             Elody's POV:

I woke up to the sound of girl's walking around the common room getting ready for the first day of class. I quickly hopped out of bed and grabbed my robes. When I walked into the bathroom, there were girls everywhere doing their hair, showering etc.... I liked having lots of people surrounding me, It was like having a big family which is what I've always wanted. I opened a stall door and locked myself in starting to change into my blue robes. When I was done changing I hopped out and started brushing my long dirty blonde hair out of my face and into dutch braids. "Wow, that's pretty! Can you do mine?" Luna asked me, admiring my hair.

"Yeah of course" I grabbed my brush and started braiding her hair. I always did Kassie's hair because she never knew how. "There you go." I said, finishing her hair. Luna turned to the mirror and smiled.

"I love it! Thanks Ellie!" I smiled. Luna and I left to go grab our books.

"So what classes do you have?" I asked Luna.

"Oh I have Defence Against The Dark Arts" I said.

"Oh we have the same classes today!" She said excitedly.

We walked out of the common room and headed to the great hall for breakfast. Once we got there I looked around for Kassie. When I spotted her I walked over to her and sat down.

"Hey Kass" I smiled at the sight of my sister sitting with her friends at the Gryffindor table.

"Elody!" she squealed, spinning around to me. Kassie has separation anxiety so she was really happy to see me. "I missed you, how'd you sleep in the Ravenclaw Common Room?" She asked me.

"It's great. Did you get any sleep Kass?" I asked her knowing the answer.

"No not really." she said looking down at her plate.

"Thats ok Kass, you'll get used to sleeping without me" I gave my sister a hug, then headed to Luna at the Ravenclaw table.

"This food looks so good!" I laughed putting eggs on my plate. I was just eating and minding my own business when I heard a voice, a voice I didn't want to hear.

"Look who it is, little Mrs. Perfect" Said Draco in a prissy voice.

"I'm sure you heard that many times Draco, am I right?" I said sarcastically

"Whatever!" He said walking away knowing I won the argument. He sat down at the Slytherin table, crossing his arms huff. Luna and I started laughing hysterically at him.

"What a baby" I said laughing to Luna. We continued eating until it was 7:30, we then headed to our first class. I was super excited to be learning about magic instead of Math and boring Muggle stuff. Luna and I walked up to big room With a sigh on it that said

"Defence Against the Dark Arts."

We walked in the room and sat down next to each other, then pulled out our books. "So what is this class about?" I asked Luna quietly so the Professor wouldn't hear.
