Elsa's POV

I walked back outside with Jack.

"She postponed her wedding for me." I said.

"Well," he replied, "If that isn't love, I don't know what is. So, where's your doctor at?"

I thought for a moment. "I don't remember."

He chuckled. "Well, it's been three years so, I don't expect you to. There's a new place called Shining Sun not that far from here and they accepts walk-ins. Sound good?"

"Yeah," I agreed.

We hopped on his motorcycle.

"Hey, Jack?" I yelled over the wind.

"Yeah?"

"This may sound stupid, but what day is it?"

We stopped at a red light and he checked his phone. "It's Wednesday February 11."

My heart skipped a beat. Today was my birthday.

The light turned green and we continued the rest of the ride in silence.

After Jack checked me in, we were just sitting in the waiting room. It was really pretty. There was a big purple carpet on the floor with the design of a sun in vibrant yellow.

Then, a woman with long, curly, black hair wearing a red hoodie walked in. She sat down across from us, not bothering to check in.

"Jack," I whispered. "I think that's Mary Gothel."

"So?"

"She works for Pitch."

He whipped out his phone and stepped outside.

Mary stood up and walked towards me. Oh Shit, shit, shit. She put her hand in her pocket. Hell No, no, no.

She pulled out a needle filled with a black liquid. That can't be good.

"Hello, Elsa," she sneered. "Night, night." She raised her arm.

"PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR!!"

She whipped around to face three cops pointing guns at her. Behind them, Jack was standing, smirking.

"Drop the needle!"

It fell to the floor.

"Cuff her."

They slapped a pair of handcuffs on Mary and drove away with her in the squad car.

I ran up to Jack. "Thank you so much!" I kissed him on the cheek out of pure glee. I stepped back. He was blushing.

Then, the door to the doctor's office opened.

"Elsa Winters?"

I turned around. "That's me."

"Right this way."

We walked back to the doctor's office through the walls coved in drawings and sketches and when we walked in, familiar face.

"Elsa?!"

But, I have a valid reason for both. It's short because I REALLY wanted to get this out today. And I made Elsa's birthday...
