Welcome back to Opera-Kyo City. It's been three years since Team Lucky Song first became the Lords of Opera Cards, and a lot has changed since then. For one thing, the town's stadium has been refurbished, and now holds tournaments every few months. Additionally, the Opera Cards lineup has expanded with the new Phase 2 (denoted with a gold background) and Phase 3 (metallic purple) Hero Cards. With these new cards come new Card Masters, who station themselves around the city and challenge players of the Opera Cards game. Additionally, the theme park Opera Land has opened on the city's outskirts, hosting various Opera TV-themed rides and attractions.
