TEAM LUCKY SONG - The main characters. Now 18 years old, their world is turned upside down when a new team usurps their positions as Lords of Opera Cards. They each have side jobs they do when they are not playing Opera Cards. Their Partner Cards are upgraded to match their appearances in Phase 2, and an Upgrade Card makes them match their Phase 3 appearance.
Peter Yamamoto - The leader of the team, and the reincarnation of Peter Opera. He always puts others above himself, though sometimes his high social position causes him to forget this. In his spare time, he works as an entertainer at Opera Land.
Iiw Suzuki - The second-in-command, and the reincarnation of Iiw Opera. She is kind to everyone she meets, but she can become a diva at the drop of a hat. She works as a freelance foot model, showing off her feet in various advertisements.
Melvin Saito - The brains of the team, and the reincarnation of Melvin Trollson. He is widely known for his intellect, but he is often prone to making ill-informed decisions. He works as an inventor at the local science lab, wowing the other scientists with his inventions.
Card Holograms - The holograms that form from the cards. The Phase 1 holograms may not be as useful as the later-phase cards, but they still try to help where they can.
Holograms of Legend - The holographic forms of Peter Opera, Iiw Opera, and Melvin Trollson, formed from the Cards of Legend. Due to an update to the team's Opera Card-Slotters, the Holograms of Legend refuse to battle until Team Lucky Song can collect every new Hero Card, which inadvertently led to them losing their titles.
GREAT LEGEND GODS - Team Lucky Song's new rivals, who took the positions of Lord of Opera Cards. They are also the Card Masters for the Opera Brothers (their signature cards).
Takeshi Johnson - The leader of the group. A jock in every sense of the word, he prides himself on being the greatest. He associates himself with Cornelius Everhart.
Akiko Black - The strategist of the group. She never goes to a battle without her lucky socks, which have become smelly enough to stink up an entire stadium. She associates herself with Lloyd Everhart.
Kento Watson - The brute of the group, and a man of few words. He is always seen lifting weights to keep his muscles in peak condition. He associates himself with Jared Everhart.
PEOPLE OF OPERA-KYO CITY
Eijiro-sama - The old man in charge of running the Opera Card Warehouse, and the creator of the Opera Cards game. He can inform Team Lucky Song of any new Card Masters through their Opera Card-Slotters.
Card Masters - The people who hold the new Hero Cards Team Lucky Song need to collect. Like before, they host their own challenges, which anyone hoping to battle them must complete.
Johnson Smith - Iiw-chan's manager in the modelling world. He has unlimited access to her feet, a fact that makes Peter-kun jealous. He is also the Card Master for Dragoniser.
NEBULOSS ORGANISATION - They're back. These shadowy nogoodniks have resurfaced after three years, to once again steal Team Lucky Song's cards.
Fukurui-ha/Hafu Kurui - The leader of the organisation. This time around, he takes a more active role in his henchmen's schemes.
Orgot-ko and Ethel-go - Fukurui-ha's top henchmen. They are renowned among the organisation's members for their incredible disguises.
Rose-Z - The newest member of the main Nebuloss team. She has major respect for Fukurui-ha, and will do anything to win his favour, often with catastrophic results.
