Emerged from a pod, I was finally free, it was terrible though. The pain of being suddenly thrusted into existence was greater than the satisfaction.
A genetically engendered eevee-human hybrid. I knew this could only be bad. Two researchers came in and talked to me. I was scared, as anyone who was suddenly made to exist would be.
Thankfully they only came in to give me clothes, which I put on. It made me feel warm.
They were preforming tests on me all day. Eventually they took me outside to a fenced in area.
There was no way I could leave. But it was beautiful.
I almost cried, they took me inside.
I sat and thought about the clouds for hours.
Then I knew I had to find a way out.
Day after day after day I devised and a week later they took me outside again.
They went inside. I climbed over the fence into the woods. I was finally free.
