George's POV:

I watch as Tommy taps his finger countlessly on the sand furniture. "Are you alright?" I ask him, to which his gaze turns to me.

"Y-Yeah," He nodded. "I'm fine. Just nervous." The boy responds.

"Tommy, it's fine. They're not going to catch us. We'll be stealthy, or at least we'll try to." I reassure Tommy, and he nods again.

"Okay, the plan.. Where do we go? I mean are you sure there's just some giant air pockets around here?" Tommy seems hesitant about the plan.

"We'll ask Wilbur. I know for a fact that he knows a spot for when he writes his song lyrics. He's really talented, you know." I give Tommy a smile, hoping that it would help.

"Of course I know he's talented, i've seen his work. Do you think he'd want to come with us?" The British boy tilts his head. His finger was no longer tapping the sand.

"I'm sure he'd want to come with us after we explain to him what's going on. We just need to make sure that he doesn't like Schlatt or Techno, or else our plan could be ruined." I consider the outcomes, swimming around the small room.

"I'm surer than hell that Wilbur would tell Techno. If Technoblade finds out what we're up to, then we.. we could die, George. We could fucking die, and that's something that can't happen." Tommy seemed quite nervous, beginning to tap his finger again. "I need to see Tubbo again. He needs to know that i'm alive."

I smiled, getting a bit of an idea. "Do you think it'd be cliché to send a message in a bottle?" I ask.

"Yes, it would. What if the wrong people find it? And then they start looking for us, wanting to sell us and gain fortunes? I know how this world works, even if i'm not a part of it." Tommy tells me, making a very valid point.

Silence begins to fill the room, I couldn't believe that I didn't think of that. After minutes, I begin to speak again. "Then.. do we just ask Wilbur where a air pocket could be? Like, a large one?"

"No, of course not." Tommy starts. "I can't tell who we can trust about this, Wilbur is literally a researcher for Schlatt and Techno, we can't possibly tell him what we're up to." Tommy speaks, sighing. "Maybe Karl would know, or we're just going to have to risk it on the surface."

I let out a long sigh, holding my head. "This is harder than I thought it would be. I mean you could be right, trying to risk it on the surface. But what happens if we do see someone, and they report us?" I ask Tommy, who is also sighing.

"I don't know, George! All I know is that we should just attempt it. Let's go, and we need to do this today. Schlatt is holding a kingdom meeting." Tommy cringed at the mention of Schlatt.

"He's holding a meeting? How did I not know that?" I shake my head a bit in disbelief. "Should we just go now or tonight?" I suggest.

"Tonight." Tommy answers. "Barely anyone is on the beaches at night, and if they are, we can just hide behind a few rocks."

"Alright, lets go tonight. As soon as the sun sets." I grin, seeing Tommy smile as well.

I had a feeling that I could just tell what Tommy was thinking. It was most likely something about Tubbo, and how he's going to find him soon. I'm going to do everything in my power to help Tommy, he needs Tubbo, and i'm sure that Tubbo still needs him.

Sapnap's POV:

I haven't received any texts from Dream after this morning, which was probably understandable. He said that he saw something, though... even though it's crazy. I can't tell if he was hallucinating, or if he had actually seen some type of mer-person. This is just a bunch of shit that I can't comprehend, it's weird.

Should I just show up to his house anyways? What if he's sick, or needs my help with something? The water was quite cold anyways. Dream was shivering on the sand.

As the greatest friend that I am, I get in my car and head to his apartment, completely ignoring what he said about wanting a person day.

A good ten minutes later, I arrived to his apartment. I pulled out the extra set of keys that Dream gave me incase I ever needed to get in, and I just opened up the door. What I didn't expect to see, was another person in his room.

The boy in his room didn't look any older than eighteen, so I was confused. Both of the boys were looking up at me, and Dream seemed in shock that I was there.

"Hey, Dream. Who's this?" I ask, stepping inside and shutting the door behind me.

"Uh, hey, Sapnap. This is Tubbo, Tubbo this is Sapnap." Dream introduces us, and I give a small wave to Tubbo, in which he politely does the same.

"And... why do you have a child in your house? in your house?" I ask, tilting my head. Tubbo looked beyond embarrassed, his cheeks going red and his face changing from a happy to a shocked expression. Dream didn't look that happy.

"Sapnap! He's a friend from when I went to therapy, nothing bad! He just needs my help with something. If you're going to act like that, then you can leave." Dream furrowed his eyebrows, probably assuming that I wasn't going to listen to him.

"What does he need your help with?" I ask, not really considering anyone else's feelings, though I probably should have.

"It's personal, Sap-" He gets cut off by the boy in the room, who apparently goes by 'Tubbo.'

"You know what? It's fine, I can come back later." He stands up, smiling awkwardly. "If you guys have something more important to speak about, i'll just come back tomorrow." He starts to walk towards me and the door, his smile faltering.

Dream stands up, trying to go after him. "Tubbo, wait!" He goes by me, shaking his head. "You should've stayed home, Sapnap." And with that, he walks passed me, running after Tubbo.

I was now alone in Dream's apartment, starting to feel the guilt. What if it was something important?
