Wilbur's POV:

It had been yet another day, and the time was spent establishing a plan with Karl and Tommy.

Plan was, we take any personal belongings, and what we need from the medic; bandages.

As we're in Tommy's room, we just pick him up and book it. Our only fear was being caught by Schlatt.

Then, we'd pass the gate, which Karl guards. He closes the gate, and we get back to the boat in which Toby was in when we rescued him. We hide until we know we're safe.

Finally, we go and find George, which was easier discussed than executed.

We decided that it would be easiest for us to go through with the plan that night. None of us wanted to wait any longer, we wanted to find our friends and get out of this place.

We used to have normal lives up there, and now, we're all nobodies. No one knew that any of them were alive, especially the four mermen.

Finally, it was around the time they needed to escape.

"Karl, meet me and Tommy at the gates. Head over now, we'll be there soon." I spoke to Karl.

"You got it, Wilbur." Karl grinned and headed off to the gates.

I had swam towards the infirmary, and asked the receptionists if I could go to see Tommy, to which they allowed me.

George's POV:

Only a few days had went by, and they honestly weren't that bad. Tubbo had began to eat, and Dream and I grew a bit closer.

I had to admit it, the man was a bit attractive, and very good with his words. They made me feel things in my stomach, it was weird.

I walk over to the two with that day's food, which was again, fish. I was concerned since the boys hadn't shown up for at least a week now, nor have I heard from them.

The two are my best friends, I couldn't imagine anything without them. I wanted them to return okay.

Karl's POV:

I waited by the gates, waiting for Wilbur and Tommy to arrive. When they did, I only had two jobs; to follow them, and to not be stupid. I couldn't fuck this up.

I look behind me, loosing a large sum of feelings in my heart.

"It's still a bit bright, didn't I tell you that you work when it's dark?" A large, cold man spoke.

"I- Hello Schlatt!" I chuckle, beginning to make up an excuse. "I-I um.. nobody else was here, I figured t-that I should just start early!" I knew I came off as a nervous wreck, I just hoped that I didn't screw up too bad.

"You don't have to fear me, Karl." Schlatt replied, rolling his eyes. "It's fine, I don't give a shit. just don't let me catch you either early or late again. I put you on a tight schedule for a reason."

I nodded, bowing a bit. I didn't understand why he was so pissed that I had started a bit early, anyways. if anything, he should've been happy, it doesn't matter if it was part of a plan or not, asshole.
