Chapter Nine

ROSE POV

"Rose.." Klaus and Hayley stare at me and I make my way over to them, I look at Hayley and slap her as hard as I can as a human. 

"You think because I was dead you could take my daughters away from me?!" I walk around to Klaus. "away from their family." 

"I'm their family." Hayley snaps again.

"Are you that delusional Hayley, they are not your daughters. They haven't been since that spell. I used to resent you for that but now I couldn't  because you gave me and Nik two daughters." Hayley stares at me for a second before jumping onto the balcony going to get the kids. Klaus and I run after her. 

"Let me see them!!" She shouts at me slapping me in the face full force, making my nose bleed.

"Our parents abandoned us Hayley, all I ever wanted was something better for them." I push her down. 

"Niklaus!!" Elijah joins walking into the room, Hayley goes after Klaus punching him but he just stands there. 

"Fight back!!" she shouts in his face, but he just stands there. I follow his eyes and there was Hope and Adaline walking towards the noise. 

"They're walking.." I take a step towards them and engulf them in a hug. "When did they start walking." Tears stream down my face mixing with the blood. Klaus walks over to me and hugs me with the girls in my arms. 

"I missed everything." 

"Rose, Klaus this isn't over." Hayley shouts at the duo. "Welcome to the 21st century custody battle, moms win."  Her and Jackson start walking out the door. 

"Well love, you're not their mother." Klaus gets the final words before the two leave the compound.  

"Rosalyn...How are you here." Elijah walks over to us and the kids. "You died."

"Yeah thanks for reminding me."  I roll my eyes setting the two girls down on the couch. 

"The other side got destroyed." Klaus points out. 

"I was suck in a prison world with Damon and Bonnie. Blah blah, I got mad and ran to the compound of that world. found a spell and here I am." I go to say another word but am cut off by someone coming in the room.

"Klaus!!" And in walks the vampire I fell madly in love with. I walk over to the pillar so he can't see me. 

"With what do I owe the pleasure Marcelus?" 
"Why did Hayley tell me Rose is back." I take a deep sigh before walking forward. 

"It's because I am."
