Eddie sat at the kitchen table eating the breakfast his mother had made him that consisted of eggs, bacon, and pancakes.

His mother always made sure Eddie was fed and up to date on his med taking, setting out the pills he needed to take right next to his plate of food with a glass of water next to it.

Sonia was a great mother ,don't get me wrong, but she was very, I mean, very overprotective of Eddie and that drove him through the roof.

As a child, He could never go out and play with the kids in his neighborhood out of fear that he may get hurt or go to a birthday party that one of his school friends invited him to and eat the snacks that he was offered in fear of food poisoning and the list goes on and on.

He was barely able to convince her to let him drive a car! He had to set up a presentation and after five hours of lecturing she let him get his license with precautions of course.

Eddie hated how protective his mother was. He felt like she ruined being a little kid for him. Teaching him to fear the world instead of going into it to actually live his life and learn how the real world works.

The boy let his mother treat him this way because it was a coping mechanism she used as of the result of her childhood. As a child she was left out to defend for herself and her siblings after the death of her parents. Never receiving the comfort and care that you are supposed to receive from your parents so she always wanted to make sure Eddie received all of hers.

Eddie was appreciative but it became a little to excessive for him and it made him upset.

He was basically a mini version of his mother now not knowing how else to think on things. To be honest most of time he didn't notice that he was being such a germ freak until his friends teased him about it and they did a lot.

Eddie finished up the last bits of food on his plate and took all seven pills into his hand and threw them in his mouth all at one and took a big gulp from the glass of water next to him.

He stood up from the chair and took his book bag slid his arms through each sleeve neatly and grabbed the keys from the key holder that hung on the wall and started towards the door.

"Aren't you forgetting something?" Eddie heard his mother yell from the living room.

He took in a deep breath and turned on his right heel and walked towards his mother who sat in the recliner her ass was glued to all the time.

He bent down a quickly pecked her cheek, faking a smile before quickly walking out the door before she could say anything else.

"Bye mom!" Eddie yelled as he shut the door quickly behind him not waiting for her response.

He opened the door to his car and hopped in greeted by the chilly air that rested inside. He shivered at the feeling of the ice ,cold leather on his skin and quickly started the car, turning the heat on full blast with the highest setting.

He finally arrived at the school greeted by the other losers who stood by his usual parking spot. There was a nice sized patch of gravel that sat a little ways away from the student parking lot that the losers claimed as theirs.

The losers parked there to avoid any interaction with anyone that were not apart of the losers club. It was a nice, safe place to park, far away from Henry and his goons.

He stepped out of the car and waved at the other losers heading their way.

"Why can't we just go to the movies where we can sit up top in the corner with the lights off so no one can see us making out." Stanley whined to bill who was shaking his head.
