Growing up without your parents around hurts more than you can imagine, and just as life really starts to go somewhere for Hayley her entire world comes tumbling back down on her.
"you know what they're right get off your phone! we're supposed to be having fun." you laugh, handing Riley a drink.
"sorrryyy I just had to post to show the world how great it is that your finally taking the first big step! Everyones so happy you're here, you know that right?!" she replies placing her phone down onto the table.
"yeh it feels nice, i've missed seeing people. Maybe shutting myself away wasn't the best way of coping with it all." you admit as you let out a sigh.
suddenly one of your favourite songs starts to play and Riley shoots an excited look at you.
you already knew what was about to happen and you were just gonna go with it.
"come on we have to!" she laughs as she pulls you over to the crowd of people that were dancing.
You both begin to laugh but you were having so much fun so you didn't even have time to be embarrassed by your awful dance moves.
Daniel seavey's perspective:
"dude this place is packed! I didn't realise Eben knew this many people!" Jonah laughed as you both made your way through the crowded hallway.
"yeh neither did I!" you smile, shaking your head in disbelief, "lets go find him."
Jonah agrees and you both make your way outside hoping he'd be in the crowd of people that were dancing.
As you both continue to look for the tall blonde, you suddenly catch eyes with someone extremely familiar.
"oh shit, jo isn't that Hayley Moore?" you say nudging him and nodding over to the direction the girl was dancing in.
"oh my god, yeh I think it is! woah she's changed so much since I last saw her." he replies as he stops to look over at her.
"yeh I mean it was high school so that's a few years ago now, I wonder if she rememberers us?" you laugh.
Third person perspective:
As the night dragged on, the party seemed to die down until there was only a few people left.
Hayley and Riley sat outside on the curb waiting for an uber as neither of them were in a fit state to drive the car home.
The pair sat giggling to each other about the series of events that had taken place over the past few hours, until they were interrupted by a tall, blue eyed stranger.
heyyy everyone! Just a heads up if you were wondering who Eben is he's one of the wdw boys close friends irl and I wanted to include him in the story because I felt like it would fit nicely having his character involved haha. I'm sorry its kinda short again. I promise the next chapters will be longer, this is still the introduction stage but welcome danielllllllll to the story ;)
