Chapter One

"I'M SO FANCY,YOU ALREADY KNOW, I'M IN THE FAST LANE, FROM L.A. TO TOKYO, I'M SO FANCY..." my phone rang on my bedside table on full blast, startling me out of my peaceful sleep. yes, that is my ringtone, dont judge me! i picked it up and squinted because i obviously didnt have my glasses on, it was my best friend Hannah.

"WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU!! ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND??! you BETTER have an AMAZING REASON to wake me up at this hour lady!!'

"calm down Nat!" she said from the other end."did you forget that its monday?"

"ugh! Screw monday! Why cant it just go away sometimes?!" i whined on.

"come on darling! get up or you wont have enough time to get ready...." she said a few more things while i dozed off..... "NATALIE!!!!"

"I'm up!" i quickly disconnected and tried to see the time. I had around an hour and a half to get ready, that was enough. i got up and went in to the bathroom to sort of clean up. avoiding all mirrors that would show me my bedraggled early morning self, i hopped in for a shower. i made sure to turn on the hot water and the cold water tap equally so that i got perfect temperature. apparantly my calculations were right. todays day should be good. i repeat DONT JUDGE! i am a very wierd specimen who just seems to have landed p on planet earth, and it is NOT my fault.after i washed my self properly, i quickly dried up and put on a dark skinny jeans with a hot pinktank top and my favourite unicorn print jacket.

"Ah! what is the time??" i rushed into my room and checked the time, only 30 minutes left!! what? that fast?? i never really felt the need to put make up, it wasnt necessary for me. i just applied some cream and some lip balm. i put my books inside my bad and went downstairs to devour heaven :P. i bounded down the stairs and ran into the kitchen like a hyperactive pig. my eyes searched around greedily for my breakfast and then i saw him. leaning into the kitchen counter, waiting for me to notice him, looking at him made happiness well up inside me, i could kiss him right now and then i decided to so i went up to him, "Aww my little baby! how are you?? having fun?! run along milo and get your bone and we'll eat together" yes, he was my dog... i love him alright!?!

i quickly gobbled up the scrambled eggs and my glass of milk and then i ran to the shoes cupboard to grab my converse. i put them on and decided to say bye to my parents. i peeped in and saw them having tea,

"bye mom! bye dad! i'm leaving!" i gave them a peck each and left for school.

*in school*

i literally bounded over to my friends when i reached school. i have no clue how i am so happy but well, i generally am.

"hey guys!!" i beamed.

"what up with you Natalie?" my friend Scarlet asked.

"honestly, i have no clue but i think today should be a good day. i'm wearing my lucky underwear you see!" they all started laughing at that. "but its true! dont laugh at me guys"

"God Praise Natalie!" this was a thing they had made. i never got it so i understand if you dont either.

"GUYSSSS!!!!" that had to be Hannah. she was the only one who could challenge my wierdness and hence, we were best friends. she straight up came and did a round of hugs to everyone.

"did you know we have 3 new students, i mean THREE!"

"you kidding??"

"of course not!! Miranda told me," miranda was like the gossip queen, except, all that she said was mostly true... :(

"lets go get a look shall we....?" hannah and i turned away from our group and made our way to the classroom.

"you think there'll be any hot guys?" i whispered

"just hope there are.... fingers crossed!"

and obviously i didnt know that i was gonna see him. No, not my dog but Him. not god either but the guy who would eventually change my life. but obviously, i couldnt know, afterall, who can predict the future?
