Same Routine

The next day, the two boys did the exact thing to start their day.

This day, Felix wore a bright yellow T-shirt, with a pair of white sweatpants.

Chris wore a black hoodie, and black ripped jeans.

They both went to the café, but the only difference is that Chris was the second costumer and not the first.

"Hello again sir!" Felix said when Chris went to order.

"Hello boy!" Chris said, smiling.

Felix giggled. "You can call me Felix! What would you like to order on this fine day?" Felix said smiling.

"Just another plain black coffee! And you can call me Chris!" Chris said to the young boy.

"Alrighty Chris, I'll have that ready in no time!" Felix said.

Chris smiled and waited off to the side.

When Felix was done making Chris's drink, Felix called him over.

"Chris! Your drink is done." Felix said.

Chris took the drink and set it down to get money.

"Shoot, I only have quarters." He said, looking in his pocket.

"That's okay!" Felix said.

Chris took four quarters out of his pocket and held them in his hand for Felix to take.

Felix took the quarters out of Chris's hand, but instead of just taking them, he did the thing where cashiers use their entire hand and cover your's, and then take the change.

Chris noticed this and blushed a little, but soon got over it. It wasn't anything special anyways.

He took his drink and walked over to the same table as last time.

He watched as Felix took change from other costumers. He didn't do that for them, but only him.

Chris watched Felix some more, and soon finished his drink.

When he left this time, he said "Goodbye Felix!"

"Bye-bye Chris!" Felix said, with a smile on his face.
