~Hey guys since I already wrote about Ari's boyfriend leaving, I thought that should be a flash back and this should be what she is doing now. So now instead of having the story in Third Person, it'll be in First Person. Thanks for putting up with me.~ Daniellexxx :)

Ari's pov~

I woke up from the nightmare. Sadly, Sammy was really gone. Today was one of the days I was going to regret too. I sighed as my grandmother opened the shades to my room.

"Ari," She started.

"Yes, I'm up Grammy." I stretched. Grammy nodded and walked out of the room. I got out of bed, going into my clothest, picking out what Sammy called my "School Best". I put it on, did my hair, make-up, and ect. I ran downstairs, ate my breakfast, brushed my teeth, and got ready to leave the house. I grabbed my bag and kissed my grandmother goodbye.

I walked to school, being right on time, as always. I walked into the gym, where us freshmen would be told about the school and be shown to our classes. I sighed, I didn't like anyone in this place. If only Sammy was here with me, help me get settled.

"Ari," a voice spooked me. I turned around to see Hannah. Hannah was one of the popular girls that didn't really like me. I sighed.

"Hannah," I said in her same tone.

"What's your first class?" She said plainly. I rolled my eye, so she wouldn't notice, while I grabbed my schedual.

"English, what about you?" I tried to seem interested, but failed. I honestly couldn't care. I shoved my schedual back into my bag and faced her.

"Same, here's my schedual, compare it with yours." She shoved the shedual in my face. I grabbed it an looked at it. We were in almost all of the same classes, but homeroom and French. I sighed with a hint of relief.

"All but homeroom and French." I mumbled throwing her the schedual. She nodded as if the sentence actually stuck to her brain. I didn't like how this school year was starting so far. I sighed again, paying attention to the princapal.

"Okay class, I'm Mrs. Morish. I'm your English teacher, for the year. Now to start the day off, we'll be doing seats." Mrs. Morish said. I held my stuff tighter in my hand. I hope I wasn't going to be seated with a nerd or Hannah. I really wished I could be seated next to Sam, but he's not here anymore. I frowned, looking down at my pencil pouch, where I hid Sammy's letter.

"Last, but not least, Ariann-" I cut Mrs. Morsh off.

"Call me Ari please." I walked over to my seat and lucky me I was sitting alone. I placed my stuff on the desk next to me and toned myself in. The teacher when over about what we were doing this year, her expectations, and what we could and couldn't do. I sighed, it was too much information for me to cover. Finally, the belle rang and we were off to our next class. Today pretty much the same way. I either was seat next to a smart kid or nobody at all. I was happy either way because I wasn't seat near Hannah.

Finally, the last belle of the day rang and I was off to go home. I walked out of the building and went behind the school, where my street was. I saw a couple of boys, fighting with some smart kid. I rolled my eyes. I finally saw people playing soccer, some with jerseys and some without, and I only knew one of them. Daniel. I sighed picking up my pace and went to the soccer players.

"Hey Dani!" I yelled to him and caused him to miss the ball.

"What Ari!?" He complained, walking over to me.

"When are soccer try outs?" I asked him.

"Why do you care? Every time I asked you, you wouldn't join, but why now?" He smirked.

"I-" I paused for a moment. I didn't want him to know about the promise I had with Sammy. I sighed, and rolled my eyes at him. "I want to play, something was just bugging me to join."

"Alright then, well try outs are in a month, but we practice here. Want to join?" Daniel smirked, "I'll kick your butt, I bet."

"Bring it!" I smirked back. I placed my bag with the rest and ran on the grass.

"Ari is on my team! Play any postion you want." Dani said. I played forward and smiled at Dani who was next to me, I was going to show him my specialty.

Soon, after we got our positions, we all heard a squeeky voice. I sighed, knowing the voice. We all looked back to see Hannah.

"Daniel! Daniel!" She cried. I rolled my at him giving Daniel a sorry look. He shrugged and turned to face her.

"Yes, Hannah," He said.

"Aren't I playing?" She questioned.

"You heard coach last year, you aren't good enough for the team. We are practicing." Dani explained.

"And Ari can?" Hannah squinted. Daniel nodded.

"Of coarse, she's a great player. Now coach is here, and we are going to practice. Goodbye, Hannah." Daniel waved her off.

"I'll see how Ari plays." I heard her mumble, as I got ready to play my favorite position. Finally, somebody kicked the ball, on the oppisite team, and I went after it. I got it and start heading to the goal. Nobody got me and I did make a goal. I looked at the look on Hannah's face, and smirked with happiness.

"Yes! Yes! That's what I'm talking about! More moves like that and we'll be winning all the time!" Daniel exclaimed. I smiled at him, giving him a high five. I forgot how fun it was to play soccer! I smirked up at Hannah, noticing that she had a shocked face.

After playing soccer, I walked home. I opened the door, and my grandmother was cooking dinner. I smiled at the smell of the food.

"Ari, it's about time you're home. You have me worry sick!" Grammy said, I nodded placing my bag on the couch.

"Sorry, Grammy," I apologized. "I was playing soccer. I'll be signing up later in the year, when try outs come out."

Grammy nodded, with a big smile. She flipped the patty and faced me.

"I'm glad, it's about time. I watch you all the time, and I think you're an amazing player."Grammy said and I nodded. For once I was going to be a soccer player, but it wouldn't be for the school, but for my Sammy.
