I'm so excited. After Tommy left the room to get his stuff, I couldn't hold it any longer.
"We're gonna have a younger brother Tech!!" I smiled brightly. I'm very happy that we chose to talk to Tommy. I knew immediately after we had read the horrible things on his folder that Dad was gonna want to adopt him. Dad has always had a special connection with the kids that felt like no one wanted him. "Tech!! Aren't you excited!?" I asked as he just stared blankly at me.
"I guess I'm excited but I'm not sure if I want to accept him as a brother yet... I mean I want a younger sibling and all but what if he actually isn't the one?" Techno asks and I can immediately tell that his anxiety is getting to him. "Hey tech it's gonna be okay, he's gonna love us and become a part of the family. He'll grow on you eventually I know he will" I smiled softly at him.

Tommy's pov

As I'm packing up my stuff, I start to worry. What if they are just putting on an act and really want nothing to do with me... I don't want to live here for the rest of my life but what if they aren't the family that I'm hoping they are.

I quickly finish packing up and go downstairs to the office. Phil sees me and smiles. "You ready to go Tommy?" He says softly. I quickly nod my head. If anything, if the family isn't a good family then I can just run away. It won't be bad.. I hope..

I hope this will end well.. I follow them to the car and get in the back seat. I look at the window as we're driving. "Tommy, you can sleep if you'd like. It's a long drive" I just nodded and leaned my head against the window. I fell asleep immediately since I didn't get much sleep last night.

When I woke up I noticed the car had come to a stop. "Hey Tommy we're here." Wilbur said softly. I quickly grabbed my bag and got out of the car, looking at the huge house. "Woah" I heard a chuckle from behind me and looked to see that Wilbur was the one chuckling. I turned away blushing in embarrassment and followed Phil into the house.
"Techno, Wilbur. Can you show Tommy his room?" Phil asked the boys.

Wilbur quickly grabbed my hand and smiles. "Yep!!" He yelled to Phil and dragged me upstairs. "Bathroom, Phil's room, techno, me and here's your room" he said as we passed the rooms. I opened the door and looked at the room in amazement. It wasn't the most expensive room ever but it was absolutely amazing. "Thank you." I said softly and set my bag down.

I heard Phil yell from downstairs, two words that made me freeze. "DINNER'S READY!"
