Chapter 9

" mani...."

The whisper shocked the hell out of manik. He didn't knew what to do. For a second he was numb. He didn't even knew she really called her or it was just his imagination. He jerked back immediately and looked her only to see her sleeping . He didn't knew what to feel that moment. He was in dilemma.

Manik's pov 

I heard her voice. My baby's voice which has the power to do anything to me. After 3 months which felt like eternity I heard her voice. She was calling me. I was numb for a moment . I looked her suddenly only to see her sleeping eyes closed. I didn't understand . Is it my imagination or she really called me. But whatever it is I wish to hear that again.

He slowly placed his hands in her cheek and caressed it. He was not sure  her calling was teal or dream. He needed assurance a hope to fight again.

How can manik's star can see him vulnerable. May be feeling his state tears flowed from her closed eyes.  Manik who saw was shocked but he slowly wiped the tears with out most care. Don't know how much time he stated her without blinking. After like eternity he bend down and pecked her forhead and covering her properly slowly went outside the room.

Manik went to terrace from there. He slowly lyed down on the floor and was gazing stars. A light smile was playing on his lips

Manik's pov 

Thank you baby.  For giving me hope. I knew you called me first real. Your brain may forgot me but your heart can feel me and my vulnerability till now. Today unknowingly you called in your sleep thts means I can get back you very soon and I promise you jaan very soon you will again call me and that time it will with open eyes.  Thank you so much for not giving up on me even in this condition jaan. Now it's my time to fight for us and I will only win this fight. Soon you will be back to me. Then we will both punish the culprit. I promise you jaan. I love you so much.

Sleep tight baby tomorrow everything will change for you.  We will meet again officially tomorrow morning jaan.  And no one can stop me from that.....

Manik thought. He has already a plan that will give him back his jaan without hurting her and for that his star only gave him hope.
