chapter 13

Manik's pov

Feeling the sun rays caressing my face I slowly opened my eyes only to see the most beautiful scene in the world which I missed so badly. My baby is sleeping tightly hugging me hiding her face in my chest. Trust me this is what I want for my all life and I swear I will not Let her go away from me again not even for a second.

Suddenly  I remembered today doctor will come to check her.  I hope everything is ok and she is perfectly fine like she looks.  I really want to go back with her and it's only possible if her report is fine and doctor let me take her. Also I want to ask about mukti but I think it will be better after knowing her status from doctor. I don't want to take any risk regarding her health.

After admiring her for nearly one hour I decided to fresh n up. After tugging my jaan properly I went to washroom. Soon I cane back only to see my baby woke up rubbing her eyes and yawning cutely. I chuckled and went near her  and placed a soft kiss in her forhead whispering a ' good morning ' softly.  She giggled listening me and wished me rewarding me a cheek kiss.

We both went down after fresh n up. Others were already sitting on dining table waiting for us and abhi was in call probably calling doctor. Navya was arranging the dishes.  We both safe near them and with  lots of chit chat and of course cabir's  jokes and my baby's giggles we completed the breakfast.

After sometime 

We were sitting on couch and soon doctor came. He is currently checking nandhu in her room and trust me I'm anxious right now.  Hope everything is ok. Others are also tensed. Cabir is with me silently giving me support.

After felt like eternity doctor came outside and we rushed near him. 

" Dr how is she?  She is ok right?  There is nothing to worry right ? Pls tell something?  And how she remembered me if she lost her memory ? Dr.."  I was too anxious that I didn't realised I didn't give any chance for him to speak.  It was cabir who stopped me amd let the Dr talk.

" I can't surely tell she is ok . I need to observe her more and also conduct some test. I can only say now that her life is safe and about memory loss , I didn't say she lost memory . Something trigger her and she is in trauma that forced her to not rember anything and behave like that. She was scared but I think you Mr.  Malhotra is very important to her and she trust you so much thts why your presence made her somewhat ok and she is trying to be normal.  Also I know you guys are eager to know about past.

So I just want to tell don't pressurise to tell everything . It will be  harmful. Just give her time and she will respond slowly. "

" thank you Dr. I also want to ask can I take her back home to Mumbai? "  I was listening carefully and after listening I decided for now I will not ask about mukti's matter but I really want to take her back thts why I asked Dr about it.

" I suggest you to let her be here. She is not recovered fully and after going back to the place where her past is may affect her. So let's wait for sometime. Now I will just check her for once  and changing her prescription I will take my leave.  If anything happens call me. " by saying Dr went inside.

Listening him I decided to stay here more. Nothing matters to me more than her and her health. 

Thinking all these I decided to go near her where currently she is lying on bed and Dr is scrubbing something on paper,  probably her medicines . I was going to enter inside the room but after listening  what nandu said next I got shocked that I hurriedly went from there....

I had only one thing roaming in my mind ?

Why ? 

Why baby ? Why ?..... ...
