EVER SINCE SHE WAS A LITTLE GIRL, Yukiko has always wanted to be a hero; to her it didn't matter if she ended up being the no.1 or even the last as long as she was able to save people and bring them hope. As she grew up she noticed most superheroes always had a tragic story that got them to that place, that strength, and that pushed them even in the darkest of times and she always wondered with a normal story like hers, if she would be able to be as courageous as them. After all, nothing too out of the ordinary ever happened to her and the one thing a hero needed the most was bravery, but what was pushing her to be so brave as to call herself a hero? What─
"Yuki!" The girl turned her head towards the entrance and saw her best friend swaying a piece of paper in the air, "Your mama wants you to buy some stuff before you head home," the brunette stopped moving as the treadmill kept on going and ended up hitting her head on it as she fell down. Groaning, the girl thanked the boy again for bringing him the paper with a kiss on the cheek and stuffed it in her beige sports bag. "Sorry she made you come all the way here just for that."
"Don't worry about it, Kiko, you know I like interrupting your workouts," he giggled, punching her shoulder playfully. "But get back to it, those muscles ain't gonna build themselves, young lady," Izuku said suddenly, imitating All Might, making Yukiko burst into a fit of laughter, gaining a few looks from the few other people that were working out.
"Oh, you," she giggled, pushing him out of the gym, "Ok, go, go! I'll see you tomorrow," she winked at him and waved as he skipped down the street before going back to the leg press machine. Today was Friday so that meant it was leg day and blowout circuits which consisted of back squats, leg press exercises, dip machine leg pushdowns, glute bridges with a barbell, cable pullthroughs, weighted lunges, box jump and 10 meter farmers carry. And she was barely at the start...
